Yev was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative about Bordeaux, and everything “wines”. Highest recommendation to use him as a tour guide for anyone visiting France!

Remy, our guide, was knowledgeable, funny and kind. We toured two vineyards which were beautiful and interesting. We met the owner/winemaker at Clos des Abbesses and learning about the complexities of wine making was fascinating. Remy brought us the most fantastic lunch in the wine tasting room. Visiting Saint Emillon was otherworldly. I would like to go back and spend a day or two. Highly recommend this tour!

Julie was a fantastic guide. We had three sets of tasting and a lovely lunch. Julie was very informative about Bordeaux Wine and the history of Bordeaux. A good lunch was provided and the drive to the wineries was very safe.

Very fun day with 3 other couples exploring St Emilion on a truly beautiful day. The chateaus were interesting with excellent guides. Our driver/guide Pauline was delightful. Would highly recommend this tour.

Had a fantastic time on this wine tasting tour. Dante was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the experience for all of us very fun. Really enjoyed the small group size, did not feel rushed and managed to explore a great variety of chateaus and wines. Got lucky with the weather, and the lunch outside felt like summer. Excellent tour! Dante was amazing, and the stops made were perfect. Maybe start a little earlier in order to spend more time in Saint Emillion, which was definitely the highlight of our day. Simply a perfect day....

We had an absolutely fantastic day with Dante from Rustic Wines on our private tour to Saint-Émilion. He picked us up right from our hotel and took care of everything — from three excellent tastings and two beautiful château visits to a delicious picnic lunch and a great stroll through the town. Dante was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and fun for our group of eight Englishmen in our 30s. Couldn’t recommend this tour more highly — a perfect day in Bordeaux wine country!

We booked a full day private tour with Yev to both the Left and Right banks of Bordeaux. Yev picked us up promptly at our hotel and curated an amazing day of great winery selections and a lovely lunch that far exceeded our expectations! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the region and the wines, he was so friendly! Our small group had a memorable day and made a new friend!

Yev was our tour guide and we were so lucky to have him! Not only was he knowledgeable about wine, but he also shared many bits of information about the region. He set up a delicious and relaxing lunch under the trees at our first vineyard. It was a perfect day!

This was a great tour, saw both St. Emilion and Lalande de Pomerol chateaus w/ tastings and lunch. Also had a really nicely curated wine tasting in the beautiful historic village of St. Emilion. Tour provided everything; lunch, water, tour admissions and our driver was extremely entertaining providing "fun facts" and interesting information. Wine knowledge of tour guide was excellent. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Daniel, a well educated Coloradan who came to France for love (great story) was an incredible guide. We learned so much. Three tastings. Two at Chateaus, one in the beautiful and historic town of Emilion.

This visit checked all our boxes and was a really terrific experience. Our guide for this event was Vincent and he was everything we could have hoped for: Personable, enthusiastic, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Our group of four was joined by a second group of three. After introductions, Vincent provided a brief background of the area appellations before we climbed into the van, which was plenty spacious for all of us, and headed to Saint-Emilion. The weekend was European Heritage Days and therefore the timing of our agenda was slightly modified to avoid the expected crowds as much as possible. We first visited a wine store in Saint-Emilion (thank you Cedric!) and then two fabulous wineries (thank you as well, Charlotte and Sissy.) The town is quite special and we walked around a bit after the tastings at the wine store. At the first winery, our tasting was followed by a charcuterie lunch and my celiac spouse was accommodated with gluten-free bread (I had informed RV of her condition when booking.) She said it was her favorite lunch of the trip. We then headed to the second and final winery. All the wines sampled were excellent. All told, the trip in the perfect length and we never felt rushed. We were all extremely satisfied with the experience and believe the tour to be a great value. Therefore, we recommend it without hesitation.

Yev was a great tour guide very knowledgeable. Plenty of opportunities to visit different chateaux’s and try a variety of wines. Is quite a long day.

Fun and informative tour with JORENS. We had a fun time and he was a very safe driver and knowledgeable tour guide. The wine and lunch were delicious.

Our guide was friendly and his English was very good. His commentary was at a more general level than we expected although he would go into more detail when questions were asked. We rated the tour as a 3 rather than 4 because it was hard to hear the guide when there was road noise. The van was not equipped with a microphone and speaker which we found to be standard equipment on other tours in France.

I was expecting a drive and a few wine tastings…. We visited two Chateau’s with full tours and history. The first included a relaxed lunch and wines - a fabulous spread of assorted cheeses, prosciutto, pate, pesto, crudités and fruit and baguettes, followed by a sweet little French pastry! We then went to a wine boutique in Saint Emilion and another full history and tastings and time to walk through the village and visit Saint Emilion Church and other sites. All of this with our friendly and informative host (and driver) DANTE! Made this a great day in Bordeaux!

Fantastic excursion. Our guide was super kind and gave us plenty of history on the way to our wine tasting journey. Despite the rainy weather, she made it a very enjoyable experience. We arrived on a cruise ship, and our guide went over and beyond and dropped us off at the port, which was outside of the city center. Highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour through Saint Emilion! Started with a wine tasting at a chateau followed by a delightful picnic lunch. Then we had a tasting at a wine shop in town. Walked the town and saw beautiful churches and views. Then a final stop at a second chateau. Yev was incredibly personable and very knowledgeable about the region and the wine industry as a whole. All of us had a wonderful time. Thank you, Yev!

We had a fantastic time with Yev on our wine tour through St. Emilion region. He was informative, friendly and so much fun. Going through the town of St. Emilion was so interesting and the picnic lunch outside in a Chateau was the best. Learned more about wine than I thought I would which was great.

The trip was fantastic. We were escorted by Dante who was very informative about the local wine regions and chateaus. We visited two chateaus and walked through the vineyards and the wine making rooms. The wines we tasted were excellent and were reasonably priced. The lunch was scrumptious. Our final stop was the village of St Emilion which is a beautiful and charming small town. If we ever visit Bordeaux again we will take the trip a second time.

We did two different private wine tours. One with Daniel through St Emilion and a second with Yev through the Left Bank. Both tour guides were excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly reccomend them. My one feedback is for the company. When lunch is not included in the price, they should either provide you with options or ask for the type of meal you want. While our lunch in the Left Bank was very good, it was a high price point, was very limited on vegetarian options and was long. Our preference would have been to have a less formal lunch.

We had a great day, yes was a great hoast with plenty of knowledge of wines and of the history of the St Emilion area and was a joy to be with.

Vincent was wonderful! So much knowledge of the Bordeaux region. He drove us to Saint Emilion and to two family run wineries organically grown and in the town with wine shops. He made a beautiful picnic charcuterie table! I would definitely use him again. We only had 4 couples in our private van.

A very enjoyable day out with Dante our guide. The chateaus and wines were great and the town a lovely walk. Lunch was more than enough and by the end of the day the wine was plenty. Wines were excellent to the point we have sent a lot home to Australia ( which is easy enough to do at a cost
