Absolutely Amazing. We stayed here for a week. Sylvia and Sebastian are AMAZING hosts. Very attentive, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They made us feel like home and catered to all our needs. The place itself is very smart, quirky, spacious and clean. Little design solutions make the rooms stand out from other places I've stayed in. The hotel area is quiet, but it is a residential area - you'll hear occasional sounds of a city, but rooms are well insulated and you can barely hear anything inside once windows are closed. Air con is available as well. Short walk to Tram Station, and from there you'll get around easily. Only a 5-stop trip to get across the bridge (Pont de Pierre) to the old town. A walk to Pont de Pierre is about 20 minutes. From there you can walk along the river banks or just cross the bridge and head right into town. You can also set off west, cross Pont Jacques Chaban Delmas (the longest vertical lift bridge in Europe - a must see!) and experience some newer attractions, like the Wine Museum or the lively market across the road. Breakfast is very nice. Delicious strong coffee as well! For your evenings in, there's a small selection of beverages, with a short but sweet wine list containing wines from the area. There's also a concise snack menu with your typical French bites. Super spot! Thank you Sylvia and Sebastian! Kamil & Anna

Sylvie & Sébastien are great hosts, very welcoming and knowledgeable about Bordeaux and the surrounding areas. It was a pleasure to spend some time at Clos des Queyries. The property is beautifully renovated by them with a very quiet garden and very close to downtown Bordeaux. Definitely a place to stay at when visiting Bordeaux!
Simply amazing stay. Sylvie and Sebastian are wonderful hosts. Breakfast in the garden every morning was fabulous. Easy tram ride to the city centre with the station only a 5 minute walk away.
We chose this charming place as our base to explore Bordeaux. Place: This former château, built in 1780, has been lovingly converted by Sébastien and Sylvie. It’s the perfect escape from the bustling city center. The property offers five uniquely decorated rooms, each with its own style. In front of the house, there’s a small seating area—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a cold drink during summer. Transport: Both the tram and train stations are just a 5–10 minute walk away. Tram A (Jean Jaurès station) provides easy access to the airport and city center, while Cenon Gare is convenient for trips to Saint-Émilion and Bergerac. Food: Every morning, the hosts prepare a fresh homemade breakfast. Rooms: The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. They are serviced daily, with fresh linens and beds made, just like in a hotel. Hosts: Sylvie and Sébastien are wonderful—warm, helpful, and always ready to share local insights on sightseeing, dining, and more. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely place for a stay in Bordeaux.
We absolutely LOVED staying here. Very friendly hosts, and an amazing fresh breakfast (homemade yogurt, jams, and juice, delicious croissant). The rooms are spotless, big, and very nicely furnished. The garden is beautifully maintained. Location is good- tram A goes right into downtown. Sylvie also organized fantastic massages for us. We hope to come back and will be recommending Le Clos des Queyries to our family and friends. Merci beaucoup Sylvie et Sébastien!!
