Hotel Majestic

This is seriously one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. On arrival we were greeted by the friendly folks on the desk and were delighted to find we could go directly to our room for a much needed shower. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated as everything was beautifully presented. Our room was plenty big enough and well fitted out. Love the pod coffee machine! I must say the bathroom was outstanding. The best hotel shower I’ve used. Button operated (so not the usual science experiment) water pressure good and it just worked. And the door opened inward so no water on floor. This is the gold standard. Housekeeping was also excellent. Our room well cleaned and also coffee machine reloaded. Only small point is we could not chrome cast to tv nor connect our own. Regardless this was top notch stay and we will stay here again when returning to Bordeaux. Merci beaucoup!

I have stayed at the Hotel Majestic on three occasions and have never been disappointed. It is super convient to several restaurant options, the tram, and the riverside. The staff are all extremely helpful and responsive. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it for your next stay in Bordeaux.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. The bed was a little firmer than I like but then everyone has different tastes. The coffee was good, the water fountain downstairs good (although I didn't really want to go down in my pyjamas). The hotel was better than the photos!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Majestic. The hotel is modern, stylish and very clean. Our room was quiet, with comfortable pillows, good quality bed linen and towels, plus great bathroom amenities. Breakfast had a good variety of choices with fresh, quality produce. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again.
