The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Due to a family emergency, I needed to move my stay by two weeks. All the other hotels on my trip were understanding and changed my dates, even those with strict no-change policies. This hotel simply responded that “this is our policy” and made no effort to help, despite having availability on the new dates at an even lower price. Even when Booking.com contacted them on my behalf, they were rude and unwilling to listen. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic empathy and good customer service should still matter. Unfortunately, neither was shown here.

We stayed here for about one week and were very impressed. The room we got was massive. We were two people and we had a lot of space to work with. Even if they only cleaned once during our whole stay, I think it was nice. The staff were very nice, and they spoke great English. The hotel was very centrally situated, and was only one square away from the main shopping road.
We stayed here at end the end of May for a wedding not far from Bordeaux's centre and must say we were very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, the studio was spacious and we found the employees very kind and helpful. Particularly we would like to thank, Sherif who was on the night shift. We would get to talk on our way back after long nights out and he was always so lovely and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring Bordeaux and close to the trams for getting around. For a great price point with clean amenities you cannot go wrong with this place! Would definitely recommend.
Handy to walk to Bordeaux's main centre. Friendly staff although we had to wait over 10 minutes to be served - a second staff member was a trainee and apparently unable to help. Apartment was clean and comfy bed. The saloon style swinging bathroom doors right by the bed leave a lot to be desired in terms of privacy.
Stayed in a 3 person studio. Slightly smaller than the same room type at the Adagio Annecy, with a blind/curtain style room divider rather than a fixed partition as we had there. No balcony but had large julienne windows. Hot drinks (from downstairs breakfast area) were not included and there were no teabags/infusions in our room (both of which were included at Adagio Annecy) I think this would have been a nice/inexpensive touch especially for late arrivals. I always pack my own teabags anyway but still would have been appreciated. Water machine (still/sparkling) in breakfast area. The bathroom was as expected equipped with a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. Separate toilet by the door so you need to walk through the lounge kitchen area and bedroom to get to the bathroom. Note, there is no daily housekeeping which is expected for an Aparthotel short stay. Again, this suits me me as I wipe everything down when I arrive anyway. Dishwasher Tablets and washing up liquid and clean sponge/tea towel all provided. There were no scissors in the kitchen drawer but everything else you'd expect was there. Located next to the Mériadeck centre commercial which has a big Auchan supermarket with a brilliant parapharmacie section inside (much cheaper than some of the nearby phamacies) if you want brands like Caudalie, PurEssential, Embryolisse, Weleda etc. 5 min walk away from the organic supermarkets Biocoop/Naturalia. Biocoop open until 18.45 on Sunday too unlike Auchan. I didn't get a chance to use/check the gym/sauna/hammam facilities unfortunately. Overall, good value for room type and brilliant location. Suggestions: add coat hooks near entrance door 1 more towel hook in bathroom (for 3 person studio) as 2 isn't enough and an under sink shelf or an additional shelf next to the sink. More USB charging ports. Scissors A few tea bags etc in room Include hot drinks from downstairs (where you need to bring your own cup down)
