This was a well worth experience guided by Adolph. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of the breathtaking views, historic scenery, and very informative guide. It’s a bumpy road going up hill but that was the fun part! We stopped and visited the local areas, ate fresh fruit, and took amazing photos. You have to take this tour but honestly not sure if it would have been the same if it wasn’t for Adolph. Thank you!
Our tour guide was Tiba! He was so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, had a great sense of humor! You always make sure we were safe! We had so much fun with him and we felt very comfortable with him. I hope everyone can get a chance to tour with Tiba!!

Tuarii was amazing! He was funny, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He made sure we were entertained, that we had enough time to view the sites, made sure our safety was primary, and gave us a deep history of the island and country. He answered all of our questions. This was a great way to get a peak at local culture and enjoy the entire island by car. The open back of the truck allows a great breeze to keep cool and good view on both sides of the road the mountain and the water. Tuarii was our guide and made this enjoyable by his capable driving (incredible back up skills) and knowledge of the island. He answered so many questions and provided us with water. He took time to for us and we enjoyed our afternoon with him. It was not as bumpy as we had been told but prepare for some off road, steep climbs.
They picked us up at the cruise dock and took us all around the island, including up a few bumpy mountain roads to beautiful lookouts, and shared a nice blend of history and culture. Very nice!

Party of four of us booked the Safari Tour in Bora Bora and it was so much more than we expected! Tamu was our guide, and he was exceptional, both in driving steep dirt roads and explaining so much about French Polynesia. Not only was it a true adventure around the island but the passion for his country was undeniable. Thank you, Tamu, for showing us such a charming side of Bora Bora that we won’t forget.

Our guide, Tiba, is very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. He definitely knew how to navigate, and drive on the multi-terrain and steep roads. The company uses a real 4x4 durable truck. We felt safe the entire time. Tiba drove us to the highest level a vehicle can get to on a mountain top with an almost 360 view. We were able to see Mounts Otemanu, Pahia and Hue much closer than being down below. It was such a wonderful view. We also learned a lot about the interesting history of BoraBora as well as how the locals paint the pareo. We are delighted to be able to support a local business, Tupuna Safari Bora Bora, that is caring and passionate about this island that my husband and I have come to love.
Fun time wandering the island. Off the beaten path and able to hit some photos spots that others miss. Adolph was a great guide, knowledgeable and amusing.
Had a great time with Tuarii, good sense of humor and we got to see 3 vista views from different parts of the main island. The first ride up was the bumpiest but also the highest viewpoint. It’s nice to be able to see down both sides of the mountain and the most northern point of the tour. Great views of the airport. Be ready to hold on as the angles are steep and you are sitting on benches perpendicular to the driver. Great time to test your forearm and hand strength. The second stop off had a nice vista for snacks and a local artist, much easier climb and descent. Faanui Bay views and a little education segment of the local fruits on the island. The last stop had a great view from the southern side of the island. Great views of Bale Povale and the main entrance from the west for all boat traffic. Again views down both sides of the mountain so you can see both to the east and west.

Very energetic and informative tour with a local charismatic guide. Tuarii took us to remarkable, scenic and remote sites. Lots of Bora Bora and the surrounding island history and cultural practices were discussed including on how local prepare materials for clothing sales.

Half-day tour to discover Bora Bora on the road. Tiba is very nice, helpful, professional and speaks great English. He told me several anecdotes about Polynesian culture and the island of Bora Bora in general. We stopped briefly at Matira beach, Vaitape village and at the top of a mountain reachable only after 20 'of dirt road only passable with 4x4. The trip was a bit eventful, but it was worth it. We also stopped at a sarong shop/art gallery, where you can walk in the beautiful adjacent garden, enjoy freshly picked fruit and admire the remains of a marae.
We had a great time at Mount Popoti thanks to Santi. He is a very nice guide who knows the place perfectly. Beyond the magnificent view, it enriched our getaway with great stories and local anecdotes. An authentic and sporty experience that I recommend without hesitation!

It's nice and very professional of our guide Adolph to think of my kids. They preferred the path to Mount Popoti because the 360 degree view is deserved and the icing on the cake we were treated to a magnificent rainbow. The spot by the painter Kiruna and her husband, who showed us dexterity with perfect plots, was a very relaxing and beautiful setting with very interesting stories told by our guide. Top and bottom.
