This was an amazing full day trip. Swimming with the black tip sharks and the sting rays was a bucket list and did disappoint! We even got to hold one of the rays. The next stop at the coral garden was magical. So much colorful coral to explore and lots of different fish. The bbq lunch stop on the moto was so yummy and our guide even treated us with his wonderful music talent and singing. Next was jet skiing around the island. Seeing all the wonderful colors of the water was a bit unreal. It was a windy day, so water was a choppy, but it was still fun and a unique way of seeing the island. I would highly recommend this trip.

Lagoon Services are friendly and responsive to questions online. There were many tours operating the day we went and a cruise ship docked so there was sone confusion as to which boat was ours. They all have blue and white outrigger boats for Lagoon Services. Our guide pointed out a turtle and some other sights along the way to the snorkel spots. Definitely loved swimming with the stingrays and black tip sharks. I’m a scaredy cat but it was awesome. Our guide lifted a stingray for us to touch and take photos with. Lunch on a moto was appreciated and had beef, chicken, and marlin fish with rice and traditional Polynesian dishes. We did the jet ski supplement and this was my first time driving one. Please note that the jet ski ride is around all pf Bora Bora and takes 1.5 to 2 hours over some choppy waves. Ocean water got in my eyes from the big swells and I couldn’t see to drive. The guide was great and let me ride with him while another guest drove mine the rest of the way. I was expecting a ride nearby in the lagoon so be prepared. It was a great day and we saw more of this beautiful place than if we had not taken the tour. Highly recommend.
Excellent tour with Bobby for the Snorkelling and Jet Ski Tour. Snorkelling was very good with great coral gardens. Full tour of the lagoon, great lunch. the jet skis were fun - they were top quality and we went for good 30 mins. Bobby was very knowledgeable and interested in culture and sharing languages of the pacific. A very enjoyable day. Thanks.
We had an absolutely fantastic time! A special thank you to our guide, Tau, who made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, cheerful, funny, and knowledgeable. From the moment we met him, he kept everyone entertained with his stories, local insights, and great sense of humour. As we are not particularly strong swimmers, Tau was extremely patient, attentive, and supportive throughout the day, making sure we felt safe and comfortable in the water. So we could fully enjoy the amazing marine life and crystal-clear lagoon. The jet ski tour was another highlight, allowing us to experience the breathtaking beauty of Bora Bora from a different perspective. One of our favourite moments was listening to Tau sing and play the ukulele during the tour. It added such a special Polynesian touch and created memories we will never forget. Thank you, Tau, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our day so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bora Bora – it was truly one of the highlights of our trip!
This was the highlight of our vacation in French Polynesia. Our guide, Ray, is simply amazing - both as a guide, but also just as a human being. He was so kind and took such care to explain the history of the islands and his people. He even sang and played the ukulele while driving the boat! He took us on a beautiful snorkeling tour at the coral garden and other locations. At one stop, there were 3 female stingrays waiting fir him to arrive - he has known them for 29 years (!!) and all three went bananas when Ray got in the water. They were jumping all over him in excitement and he kissed and hugged them. We even got to hug a stingray, which was amazing! We also had a fantastic lunch on a motu - a bounty of delicious, authentic food. After a 1-hour jet ski tour of the lagoon, Ray drove us back to our hotel. It was a magical day and one we won’t soon forget. Maururuu, Ray, and we hope to see you again some day!
This tour couldn’t have been any better. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and truly unforgettable. We started with snorkeling in crystal-clear water, then had an incredible experience with stingrays—such a unique and peaceful interaction, we got to hold one. After that, we swam with sharks, which was exciting but felt completely safe thanks to our guide. The coral garden was absolutely stunning, full of vibrant marine life. Lunch on the motu was amazing—great local food in one of the most beautiful settings you can imagine. The jet ski tour around the island was the perfect way to end the day. Riding across that unreal turquoise water with views of Bora Bora was just incredible. A huge shoutout to our guide, Taaroa, who made the entire experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had an amazing time. You can tell he really cares about what he does. If you’re going to do this tour, definitely ask for Taaroa—you won’t regret it.
I’d give this ten stars if I could! Highly recommend, the guides were great, we saw tons of stingrays and sharks, the food was amazing and the jetskis at the end were a great time. If you’re nervous about the sharks, dont be! They are so used to people it never felt scary even for two people who were a little scared going into it.
Amazing tour! Live music, great food, beautiful scenic boat ride around Bora Bora and super upclose wild life! Had a great time you won't be disappointed!
I think this full day snorkeling & jet ski with lunch, is a great combo that I got to do both activities on the same day. Our tour guy made sure we all good in the ocean. I’m not a good swimmer and he had me hold on the ring during the snorkeling in the corals. They provide water, towels, mask and fins. Lunch was great. We sat on the table with feet hanging in the water, it’s fun to see the fish swimming around our feet. After the yummy lunch, was the 2 hour jet ski tour with another tour guy. He guided us to ride around the island. Both snorkeling and jet skiing are great experience.
Fantastic excursion. Arro was outstanding and a joy to spend the day with and learn about his culture and homeland. Would highly recommend it!
Overall, this excursion was very good. Three stops of snorkeling were amazing to see a variety of fish, sharks, and sting rays. The lunch at the motu was the best part of our entire trip. The food was beyond delicious and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication of where we would be picked up for the jet ski portion, so the jet skis were late picking us up, which let to a very fast trip around the island. I can't say that this was very enjoyable, as the water was pretty choppy that day, so not taking breaks will definitely take some skill to stay on if you are riding double. Otherwise, it was a fabulous time.
Much more than I expected. Snorkeling above the colorful corals, with the beautiful, abundance of fish. The Polynesian lunch on a picnic table, decorated with outstanding food! Best of the best! Ask for Rei
Roberto our guide and the day spent out was just so so much fun! Snorkeling, eating, jetskiiing and so much more fun!!! ♡
This was the most amazing experience- the guides were so informative. We went around the entire island and learned about the history, the traditions, geology and biology of the ocean. We swam with schools of sharks, watched a pod of dolphins, navigated the coral gardens and met sting rays up close and personal as they swam at our feet The mouth lunch was our best meal, served authentically. Don’t forget to add the jet ski package because that was amazing as well!
Just be aware. We did full day snorkel combo jetski. The snorkel tour was great but we felt that the jetski part was so rushed. We only went from the private motu where we had lunch to st regis and then back to st regis. It says on the website that it was supposed to be jetski for 2 hours. We started late around 1320 or 1320H and ended around 2pm. It was not a 2 hour jetski tour Again not a 2 hour jetski cruise. We were the only one on the jetski tour so maybe to save them money? But we paid full amount so we were expecting the whole 2 hours jetksi tour. When I asked why we came back early, staff said oh maybe the water was rough?….well we were going full accelerator the whole time and water was not rough.
The snorkeling was amazing. Loved it! The lunch was delicious. We opted to skip the jet skiing because it was raining and a bit chilly. Tau gave us demonstrations of coconut splitting and palm weaving.
Snorkeling with sharks and manta rays was crazy cool! And in other snorkel locations I felt like I was in a crowded aquarium there were so many fishes! And who knew fish like bananas! They kept swimming up to take a nibble on a banana!! I almost LOL’ed under water!!
Excellent excursion on 5/1/24. Our guide was helpful, funny, and entertained us with jokes and music. First stop at the coral reef we saw a lot of fish. The only downside was weather was windy all week so the water was a bit choppy but that's out of anyone's control. Second stop was a shallow area where we got to play with stingrays and blacktip sharks. Didn't realize the stingrays were so soft! Third stop, we swam out in the open ocean with a lot of blacktip sharks. They were all awesome experiences! Lunch was amazing and even better than I expected (mightve been the best meal we had all week compared to the resort food we had). The food tasted great, but the setting was spectacular.. the picnic tables were in the crystal clear water and the stingrays, sharks, and fish were swimming at our feet! After lunch, my wife and I were the only 2 who did the jetski with another guide, so it was practically a private tour around the island. Only downside again was the wind and choppy water so we got soaked. (Might have been better if we didn't book the jetski in advance and just planned it while we were in Bora Bora to time it with better weather day, but again that's out of anyone's control). Anyway, highly recommend Lagoon Services - was a wonderful experience! This was our only planned excursion during our 5 night stay in Bora Bora and we're so glad we did it.
The Wife and I took the full day snorkeling with the Rays and Sharks, Reef Snorkeling, Lunch and Jet Ski ride. VATEA was our guide and driver for the 1st half of this adventure. He was down to earth, knowledgeable, out going and he shared a lot of information with us during all the stops on this tour. He made us feel like FAMILY, it was evident that he LOVED his job and loved sharing the information that he passed along to us. The 2nd half of our tour was the Jet Ski ride and our guide for that part was HITI. He explained the rules and hand singles he was going to use on our ride around the Island. The water was pretty CHOPPY at 2 different parts of the ride. He stooped twice, both times after those CHOPPY sections to check on us making sure we were OK. All in all this tour was OUTSTANDING! I would definitely recommend Lagoon Service Bora Bora to anyone googling or searching for an excursion to take while visiting BORA BORA. When we return next time, we will definitely request VATEA and HITI for our TOUR GUIDES.
The best experience in all of Bora Bora! Everything about this was amazing. From the communication of pick up to the everything being provided it was so easily planned. My husband and I were not prepared but Manu handled everything. The snorkleing was absolutely breathtaking. Since it was raining, they had asked us if we would like to proceed with the jet skiing, but we decided to cancel and got a refund quickly.
Our snorkeling guide, Mike (pictured) was great. He knows the area and the best places to go. He will also keep you entertained! The lunch was amazing, with a wide variety of native foods & fruits. The afternoon jet ski portion so much better than we expected. I wish I had a picture to post of him too. He teaches at the High School and does the tours as a hobby job. He made a guided jet ski outing fun and exhilarating and we saw areas we would have never known existed. Loved it all
My daughter and I really enjoyed the whole experience. We were sailing on the Windstar Cruise ship and Lagoon Service was good at communicating with us before our arrival to know when and where to pick us up (at Viatape Pier, where the Windstar Tender drops us off). Our guide Arro was awesome and got to know us and answered questions throughout the day about the culture and geography of Bora Bora. Swimming with the sharks and stingrays was thrilling but we never felt unsafe. The lunch on the motu was special with delicious local food and music, and a couple friendly stingrays even swam around our ankles while we ate lunch in the semi-submerged picnic tables. The jetski tour was operated by a different couple, and even though we hit a bit of a hiccup with some technical difficulties, but they made it right and it worked out ok. There were other people who signed up for the lagoon tour and lunch who didn't also sign up for the jet ski part, who stayed at the island and learned about coconuts and other culture white 6 of us did our 90-minute or so jet ski around the entire island of Bora Bora. We followed the guide and got to see all the over-water bungalow resorts. It was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend!
This is a great experience! They picked us up at St Regis. 9-3 was the total time. We swam with friendly sharks and stingrays.
This was a wonderful excursion. Our guide was very interacting and fun. We were able to experience different parts of the lagoon which was breathtaking. The Corries, swimming with sharks and stingrays and the Polynesian lunch was a treat! I highly recommend this is Garzon and if I ever go back, we will definitely do it again!
This is a combo of the snorkeling tour; go and search for it on Trip Advisor to see more reviews. Instead of cultural experience, you do a jetski tour around the island/lagoon. The snorkeling is easy going, often the water is shallow enough to stand. The boat travels around the island, so you get all the views, too. You will snorkel with sharks, with stingrays and see the corals, too. The jet ski part is an easy going one, too (but can be choppy if the wind picks up) and it lasts about an hour. Note that easy does not mean boring - you will see a lot, you will have fun.
Well worth it! Our guide Ari was super and took time explaining Tahitian culture and some history about Bora Bora, his family and interesting facts about the US using it as a base during WW2 etc, which was great as you wouldn't have know any of that otherwise. And he played his ukulele and sang for us too!! It honestly felt like one of the Manta Rays knew him personally and it was awesome. Took us to a spot where there were sharks galore... and I mean about 30 of them...quite an eye opener being in the deep water with them as for some reason I expected we would be in shallow standing room water and get to observe them like the Manta Rays, but no we were in the Pacific Ocean itself swimming with them. The Coral Garden was amazing too...great snorkeling at that spot. Lunch was perfect...My wife is a vegetarian and they took care of her. Spot was perfect and you could sit on a table in the water is you wanted too. Jet ski after lunch was great....45 mins all around the island, and seeing the different shades of the water color up close was amazing. Jet skiing wont be the same ever again now!!! I'd highly recommend this tour and ask for Ari...you'll definitely see what you came to see, and he'll keep you entertained throughout the day!!
We spent the day with the most animated, knowledgeable and entertaining local on Bora Bora! His name is Maui, and everyone should take a tour of his native island with him as your guide! Swam with sharks and rays, had a fantastic lunch on a private beach and went on a guided jet ski trip around the island with Hiti! What a thrilling and glorious day this was ! They provide everything you need, we literally just brought sunscreen and hopped aboard ! Loved every minute! Thank you Maui for spending the day sharing your beautiful homeland, and making us feel brave!
The day was amazing. The three snorkel sites, one for sting rays, one for black tipped sharks, and the coral gardens were fantastic. Never swam with sharks before, and it was fantastic, having them all around you. Not scary, just fascinating! The lunch was wonderful. The jet ski hour was a little rushed, as we circled the entire island. In retrospect, should have asked our guide to just allow us to take our time and spend more time on part of the island. Our boat guide, Maui, was great! Very helpful, funny and played some nice music. Made the day a pure joy!
This activity is stunning !!. we really had fun and enjoyed this trip with the professional tour guide. Mr. Coco and his friends made a great job. This tour company is highly recommended
Guide CoCo was amazing. Very friendly, shared his knowledge of the island, entertaining with singing and stories. But the local food prepared and served on the beach was fantastic! Location of the tour stops were amazing!
This was truly a memorable experience. I had booked the trip with my parents and this was our first time snorkeling/ jet skiing. Our captain Taro was so patient and helpful. We snorkeled at three different stops. The first stop was at the coral gardens with tons of fish and we got to see a moray eel. Second stop we swam with the sting rays and the third stop were the sharks! The island lunch was by far the best meal we had our entire trip. There was an array of barbecued meats with rice, fresh fruit, and refreshments. We enjoyed our meal on picnic tables set on the sandy beach in shallow water. It was so great. Thank you Taro for an amazing experience!
An absolute great day of snorkeling, jet skiing and a delicious serenaded lunch! The hospitality and service were top notch! Thanks for an amazing experience.
Manu was one of the highlights of the entire trip to Bora Bora. Gliding across the crystalline blue waters while he played the ukelele is a memory we’ll cherish. As a Jamaican, lunch was the highlight for me. It included dishes similar to what I grew up eating (hello breadfruit) and a few island delights like the fresh fish. Then topping it off by jet skiing around Mount Otemanu was about as surreal as it gets. I still have trouble believing we did that. Altogether it was a genuine pleasure hanging out with guys who you can tell truly love their home and are excited to show it to you.
We're so glad we decided to kick off our trip with this combo tour! Our tour guide Tau was THE BEST and had us smiling the entire time. The morning snorkel takes you around the entire island and includes three stops: sting rays, coral gardens, then the black tip sharks. We then stopped at private a motu where we got to eat a true Polynesian lunch (one of my favorite meals of our trip!) on tables in the water. I let them know at the time of booking this excursion that my husband has Celiac disease and they were able to make a special gluten free meal for him. After lunch we jet skied around the island and back to the private motu. Tau demonstrated how to basket weave with coconut leaves, crack a coconut, and tie a pareo in various ways. Thank you Tau and Lagoon Service for the unforgettable memories!
What an amazing day! Beautiful Polynesian boat, with a very kind captain. He sings and plays ukulele all day long. The food is very good, served on a perfect little island with your feet on the water. The jet ski tour all around bora bora is so fun! Best day on Bora Bora!!
We had such a wonderful day with Ramon and Tau (Tarzan). They were friendly knowledgeable guides who clearly love these islands and all it has to offer. They sang, played ukuleles, and showed us the bounty of Bora Bora. We enjoyed our day tour and highly recommend it.
We had a spectacular day with Ray. This was the highlight of our trip. He is extremely knowledgable, fun, social, fluent in 3 languages, attentive, and reliable. The lunch was one of the best lunches we’ve had in French Polynesia. We will be recommending this excursion to everyone we know who is planning to visit bora bora!
My wife and I did this today 10/26/21 and had a blast that I came back to the room to write a review! Steve was our captain! Hilarious warm Friendly and very encouraging. My wife was timid of the sharks but Steve made her feel very comfortable and we had a blast lunch 10/10 nothing to odd on the menu just some good home cooked meal. Jet ski tour was awesome , tuff at first but fun once you get a hang of it. A must do in bora bora all people we encountered with this company was awesome.
Just great with a great escort 🤩 Stéphanie and Bruno du Sud 🦋🌈🌞
A paradise day with a fabulous guide, Taaroa, who shares the love and respect he has for his island. Lunch on the motu is excellent. All good memories.
Bora Bora lagoon tour with snorkeling, lunch on motu and jet ski ride. Excellent organization during Reservation and communication before the tour, quality boats and Guide very professional, helpful and engaging. Great (simple) lunch and fun jet ski ride that I had never tried, but the instructor instructed me perfectly and put me in a position to better appreciate the experience. Everything perfect, group tour but not mass (in the boat we were a dozen), highly recommended. High prices, but consistent with the Point of Sale in Bora Bora.
Everything has been great! Kevin is passionate and exciting. He is clear and attentive to our questions!!! Clément plays his yukulele very well and also sings sweet Polynesian songs to accompany us pleasantly on the waves of the blue lagoons... Dives with rays and multicolored fish in magical corals. Delicious and refined lunch with your feet in the water... In short, we recommend without any reservations... Thanks again to you Kevin Thanks again to you Clement
Everything was perfect from start to finish Ukuleles and songs on the boat Swim with rays then with sharks Coral garden BBQ on the motu And icing on the “boat” visit of a whale shark over 10 m
We left at 9:30, on a snorkeling trip with a large motorized Polynesian canoe from LagoonService with Niko at the controls, we are accompanied by another American family (2 adults + 2 teenagers). First stop, a dozen eagle rays swim in formation. Second stop, we can't count black tip sharks and pastenague rays. Then a stop in a coral garden. On the way to lunch, we meet a group that follows a manta ray in snorkeling, neither one nor two we jump in the water. Around 1 p.m. we have our traditional Polynesian meal on a motu with our feet in the water (and it's not an expression, with lots of fish, baby black tip sharks and still pastenague rays. On the way back one last stop snorkeling, before returning listening to Niko on ukulele, sing us in Polynesian while driving with one knee. He loves his job and his office! Thanks again Niko! Fins, masks and snorkels available, if necessary. Don't forget your underwater camera, it's up to you to make your own images.
A dream day: boat ride with pick up Service from the hotel on time. During the tour explanation of the beauties of the island of Bora Bora and the life of the inhabitants accompanied by local songs, snorkeling with sharks, rays, fish of a thousand colors (you felt in an aquarium) and through the most beautiful coral reef. Lunch with typical dishes served in a motu on the water and finally... exciting ride with jet ski. What about a day we will remember for a lifetime.
