Bora Bora Private Arrival Airport To Hotels Boat Transfer

When we were supposed to leave for the airport, we found out they were not coming. Concierge called and they said they had no record of our reservation - and then when I called they said they had no record and had to call viator directly. We reserved for them to pick us up from and airport and to take us back. To pickup we had to wait on them for 15 minutes after our hotel called them, I assume because they didn’t have record of our reservation that time either, despite them playing it off like they had a reservation. I don’t know if this happened because of the company or because we booked theogh viator- but 15 minutes before we had to leave we had to arrange to use the St Regis boat which luckily worked out.

We had such a lovely experience with Brian and Lady Pearl Bora Bora. He was at the airport upon our arrival. Took our bags onto the boat, gave us cold water and wash cloths. Took us to our resort and showed us around a bit. He was wonderful with our kids and let my son “drive” the boat. Took photos of our family and such great care of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this company again! Highly recommend.

No better way to travel to the resort from the airport. Flexible and professional. Our flight arrived several hours early but the transfer was still flawless.

The captain was friendly, prompt, took care of luggage and brought us to our resort comfortably and safely. However, he didn’t speak English, nor offered us any water or option to listen to music as advertised.

This was an amazing way of starting our trip to Bora Bora. Brian met us in the airport and he was so friendly, told us many stories and shared plenty of tips to make our time in Bora Bora more enjoyable. An unforgettable experience.

Captain Bryan greeted us with a smile and kindness, and his friendly, amazing personality made the rides unforgettable. The boat was spotless, comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. Really enjoyed the private boat experience. We arrived at our resort at least 30 minutes before those who took the resort group charter. They were waiting for us at the airport dock and we were on the boat and off to our resort within 5 minutes of retrieving our luggage. Very friendly and courteous service.

On time, very courteous, the only way to transfer from point to point in Bora Bora. Captain provided waters and brought luggage directly to ticketing window. amazing.

Our family had the pleasure of riding with Lady Pearl Bora Bora 4 times during our trip. We could not recommend their service more. They were always prompt, communication via email was fantastic (we booked directly) and they were so kind. They are professional, excellent all around and allowed us to move about Bora Bora without having to think about anything!

Very easy to find my boat captain at the airport baggage claim. We were the first boat out of the airport docks . In 20 minutes we were on the north side of the island at my hotel. I was escorted to the hotel check in desk.. Great service

We didn’t catch the original flight and call customer service, and they are very easy to work with and change the pick up time. When we arrived and got our luggages, gentleman came, greeting us, and took all the luggages to the boat. Boat ride was smooth. We are happy we choose lady Pearl for our transportation from airport to Conrad bora bora nui.

Once we landed in Bora Bora it was like a dream! We were lei’d and then whisked away on our private chartered boat. Our guide/captain was amazing and would slow or stop when he saw we were taking photos and pointed out points of interest to us. Beautiful and spacious boat!

What a fancy way to start our vacation in Bora Bora with a private ride. Kevin was our captain for both rides. He was a kind, nice, informative, and excellent driver. He was already there to greet us at the airport and helped us with our luggage. On our way to the resort, he gave us a mini tour of Bora Bora. Since it was only 3 of us, the ride was private and luxurious. We left the airport before the Conrad boat so we beat the check-in crowd. The Lady Pearl captain was at the airport and ready to take us to Conrad Bora Bora. The boat was fast. Communication was great. We would definitely use them again.

We used Lady Pearl for private transport to and from the airport to the Conrad and for a sunset cruise. Our experience was seamless for both! We enjoyed the company of our driver Thierry for both excursions. He was so informative of the island and gave plenty of suggestions when we asked. The night we were supposed to do our sunset cruise it was rainy and they rebooked our cruise for a night we were free before we could even ask. They are very responsive and proactive. We will definitely use them again for transport and even more excursions!

Fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone arriving in Bora Bora, especially if you are connecting to one of the hotels located on their own islands. Thierry made this all experience unique and it was truly a joy to share some great life stories with him prior to getting into our hotel, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Bora Bora. Thierry even take extra time to show us some dolphins that he was able to see from a distance. Would highly recommend!!!

We were a party of ten and used Lady Pearl for our transfers from/to Airport and hotel (Intercontinental Le Moana). We needed 2 boats to accommodate our transfer and it was no problem. Arrived and departed on time. Highly Recommend.

We split our stay between the Conrad and the St Regis. We originally reached out to Lady Pearl because both hotels quoted us $450+ to transfer between hotels. Lady Pearl gave us a great quote and we ended up deciding to use them for private arrival and departure as well. EXCELLENT choice. We got to enjoy a nice private boat ride, WiFi on board, had a lovely conversation with our captain Thierry, got some great tips on excursions, and arrived at the hotel wayyyyyyy before everyone else on the same flight. In fact, by the time we checked in and were on our way to our room, the shared Conrad boat was still nowhere to be found! Highly recommended!

We booked via email and it being our first trip to bora bora didn’t know what to expect, but they explained where to meet, collected our bags, provided lei, water and some brilliant tips for the island. For us a private boat for two was cheaper than the hotel’s transfer. Would use them again so can arrive in style.

Well I took a chance because the hotel wanted a small fortune. We had told people on the plane about them and they said "well we'll see how it goes for you". Well while they were were waiting to see where to go and what to do and carrying their bags we were greeted by two very well dressed men who said we are here to get you. Our boat was like a yacht. Brand new and we were given leis. We were the only ones. While we were whisked away in luxury all the rest were on shore being loaded on to 1 big boat. We used this service for our departure also. They are on time and I could no say enough about them Job well done!!!

I was taken care of by the Lady Pearl team as soon as I arrived at the Bora Bora airport and taken to my destination in the most perfect way possible. The captain and his teammate took great care of my well-being and comfort and were adorable. I highly recommend it!

It was excellent service. They welcome you as a VIP: flowers, drinks, wet wipes, super friendly. The only downside is the cost, which seems excessive for a 15-minute transfer! But they do not give you an option.

Arriving in BORA BORA , we are greeted with the necklace of flowers, suitcases quickly recovered , we are immediately oriented towards our shuttle to the intercontinental Bore Bora spring & thalasso spa Great! Arrived at the Hotel very nice Welcoming!
