You will ride through parts of Boquete at the beginning of your tour. We take back roads in order to avoid traffic as much as possible. Your first stop will be at the newly constructed Boquete Pedestrian Park for one of our food samplings. (picnic table style local Panamanian tamales)
Visit Boquete's public farmers market where you can sample locally farmed seasonal fruit like avocado, passion fruit, dragon fruit, and other seasonal samples.
Visit Altieri Specialty Coffee, in the highlands surrounding Boquete, where you can sample a cappuccino, cafe mocha, or americano. Altieri also offers 2 separate short walking trails through their coffee plants, that you can explore while waiting for your order.

My wife and I went on a Panama Relocation Tour #321. We had a great time, met a lot of great companions on our bus, and learned a lot about the country of Panama. This was a really great tour to visit some beautiful places in Boquete and the surrounding area. The local food samplings were terrific our guide Laura was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. Vinnie was very nice and helpful as well.
We had a fantastic time on this trip! Having never visited Boquete, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we did a lot of riding and enjoying food and drinks. They were kind enough to adapt the agenda to accommodate our vegan preferences. Laura was a great guide, but you need to ask questions as she is sort of naturally quiet, but she definitely opened up whenever we asked about anything. We went up and down in elevation quite a lot, so be prepared to travel quite quickly on those bikes. At one point, we hit the speed limit of 40 km!
We really enjoyed our e-bike tour. The bikes were in excellent condition and made navigating the hilly terrain very easy. The tour was several miles long, so we got to experience different areas in and around Boquete. The different foods provided at the various locations were quite diverse and enjoyable. Our guide Laura was excellent. She is very personable and was able to provide a local’s perspective of the areas we visited. We definitely recommend this tour when in Bouquete.
The tour of the city and the surroundings with Joaquim was really appreciable. It was personal and enjoyable. The e-bikes let us expand the range and it is definitely a good thing.
A fantastic day! Laura was a wonderful guide, caring and attentive to make sure we did ok and a wonderful cook! She made our tamales for our first stop. The bikes are good quality and in good condition. They oriented us well and made sure we were comfortable before we set out. The route was fun with hills and along the river. Riding along the streets was fine, traffic was light and drivers considerate. All in all wonderful, just do it.
This was an absolutely fabulous day! So many great stops, delicious little treats and beautiful sights! Joaquin was a fantastic guide, and Vincent met us along the way with water and local nibblies. The bikes were really well maintained, we felt safe along the entire route, and it was so much fun!! Such an incredible way to discover Boquete!! 5+ stars, an absolute must when visiting the area!!

What an incredible experience !! My wife and I as a 62 year old couple had a terrific time enjoying every minute of this fantastic local flavors tour. Joaquin the tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and Vinny the owner was very kind and professional. We could not have had a more enjoyable ebike tour between the great stops, service and food. We had the best cappuccino in our lives at the coffee plantation, Vinnie's homemade tamales were incredible, the chocolates at the chocolate house were to die for and the beer from Boquete brewery was delicious and the ebikes were very easy to use.

This was a fun experience, from the e-bikes to the tour around the city. Joaquin was a friendly and engaging guide. Vinny got us all set up on quality bikes and met us at rest stops with some of the tastes. We visited a stunning city park and a mountainside waterfall, and a unique rock formation.
What a fun and delicious tour. Our guide Joaquin did a great job making sure we were all safe as we took a tour around downtown Boquete and up the mountain. Vinny and his helper met us at stops to feed us tamales, empanadas and churros. We stopped by a fruit stand to try unique fruits, coffee at a plantation, and capped off our tour with chocolate and beer. The Ebikes were high quality and made it enjoyable and relaxing, while getting to cover a lot of ground without too much effort. We highly recommend this tour!

We had a terrific time on this tour. The e-bikes were a great way to see the town and also head up into the surrounding mountains. Joaquin was a patient instructor on how to operate the e-bikes (we had not ridden them before) and we felt very safe on the small, curvy and hilly roads. The food and drink stops were all very different and ranged from homemade tamales to artisanal chocolate and coffee. Joaquin also shared a lot of history about the region. We rode by coffee farms and beautiful parks and up to the waterfall. For reference, we are semi-active, 50/60 year olds and this was totally doable!

We had the most amazing, professional, educational and fun experience with this bike tour. Vincent (owner) and our tour guide, Joaquin were terrific! We went at a great pace so that we could slow down and enjoy the surroundings and take photos and learn about the area we were visiting. Yummy local snacks and beverages provided throughout the tour. I highly recommend this 4 hour tour!!
Wowza!!!! This is a MUST when in Boquete!!! Jaoquin is an excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide! The tastings were all amazing and the views stunning! The pace was perfect - not too fast and not too slow. One of the best tours I've taken and definitely recommend!!
Great trip, good quality bikes and our guide Lauda was very friendly. The food tasting was great, a good selection of food and the chocolates and drinks were also really nice. The bikes only needed a little pedal power so good for everyone capable of riding a bike
Vinnie explained how to use the bikes very well, and Lara was a great tour guide. We had a beautiful ride around town, and up to the waterfall. Food was good too, especially the Tamales! EBike makes the ride easy, but helps if you are comfortable riding a bike.

Amazing e-bike tour with stops to try local food. Vince t the owner went out of his way to accommodate me as a celiac. He got me gluten free food when everyone else tried the other food. So much appreciated. Lara our tour guide did a wonderful job. Bikes were top grade rad bikes!
Our family (2 adults, 2 college students) loved this tour. The e-bikes were a great way to see the natural beauty of the area. Everything we ate was spectacularly good. Laura and Victor were both very kind and informative. Several of us hadn’t ridden e-bikes before - we are all hooked now. If you’re on the fence, do it!

This was a perfect way to explore Boquete and submerge in its local culture. Lara our guide was great! We visited all the most-see spots in the area, and let me share, Boquete's mountain side is BEAUTIFUL! From its winding roads to picturesque views, this tour takes you full circle! Every stop was a picture moment for sure! The tamales, smoothies, fruits from the local market and other foods we had along with way were all top notch but most importantly, authentic in its flavour! This was our favorite tour from our week long stay in Panama and the one tour we would love to do again!!
The bike ride part on fat-tire e-bikes was nice. We rode the country roads around Boquete, with lots of lovely scenery, little farms, lots of flowering plants, running mountain streams, a stop at a park and an interesting geological formation, among others. The food part was a tamale, some local fruits at the market, a dessert at a strawberry dessert place, a chocolate and coffee at a local coffee shop, then a locally brewed beer and some local honey (to take home) at the end. In terms of sampling local flavors, it was less engaging than other food tours I have taken, not a lot of discussion about local growing conditions, cuisine, flavor differences, etc. For instance, Boquete has lots of local coffee but we just stopped at a regular coffee shop without any guidance on locally sourced or specialty varieties.

Can i get up and do this again? Please!? -communication was quick, direct, useful & efficient; -if you take the 4 hour taste? Come starving. We ate exquisite tamales, strawberries, chocolates, coffee, a beer in between pedaling all around boquete. -e-bikes were a blast, glad im no longer a virgin there. 😊 Lara y Vinny were so accommodating. -have some bike-riding skill, its not disneyland, its panama! Go get pedaling!
Being a Foodie I never had a bad experience on food tours. This once was no different, it was incredible. The food selection was awesome, the guide was fantastic and the E-Bikes (LOVE THEM). I now want an e-bike for myself. In spite of the misty weather it was great, I'm glad we did not cancel. There was even time to stop at one of the Coffee Plantations to buy coffee for home. Totally recommend the trip.
Fantastic Tour. Best way to see Boquete. Laura and Vinney were amazing and the bikes were new and very easy to use. The food and snacks along the way were delicious. The beer at the end of the tour was a perfect finish! A most do if you get the chance!
Excellent tour! First thing you want to do if you're not familiar with all the things to do in Boquete. The owner and guide were very nice and spoke English and Spanish. It was super easy to book on their website. We had bad weather on the day we booked so they gave us the option to change the day, which we did. If was totally worth it, would do it again. If I can back or had more time. We tasted sangria, a local dish, strawberry-flavoured desert, specialty coffee and chocolate and finally a beer in the sun to finish our day. I would recommend to anyone, not just people in great shape as the bikes CAN do most of the work for you. Great views, flowers, parks, waterfalls... Went beyond our expectations!
It was a great way to see Boquete. Our guide was very helpful with an inexperienced cyclist. The food choices were good. Lots of opportunities to stop and take photos.
Vinney was an excellent guide and guided us safely around Boquete with several stops to appreciate Boquete. He gave us a great orientation to the ebikes which were in excellent condition.
A really cool and funny tour around Boquete. You get to taste a lot of different things while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Boquete. It's cool that with the E-Bikes you can reach places where you usually would need a taxi, unless you do not want to hike for hours. We did the tour and can definitely and highly recommend it! Only "minus" is that we were expecting to learn also a little more around Boquete or the products itself. Would be great to know more about the flavours, but this does not make the tour less recommendable :)
A well-balanced experience between riding and interesting stops. The e-bikes are fun to ride and we found them to be comfortable. They can adjust to any fitness level, so don't hesitate to take the tour if you don't ride a lot. We took the 4-hour tour and the route was entirely on roads, so be prepared to ride in some traffic, but our guide (Laura) did a great job and we never felt it was an issue. At each stop, we sampled a local treat and all were delicious (coffee, tamales, chocolates, beers, etc.). If you want to get a sense of everything Boquete has to offer in a relaxed atmosphere, this is it.
Laura was a really nice, knowledgeable and personable tour guide, who led us from the entrance sign of Boquete all the way through (mainly) picturesque back roads to a waterfall, coffee plantation, and other sites all the while sampling the local snacks & drinks. Nice e-bike that offered good exercise but didn't wear us out.

Led by guide Joakim and cook Laura we made a beautiful tour around Boquete. So we got a nice overview of the area and were treated to Panamanian delicacies several times. Highly recommended when you want to combine a light sporting effort (you ride super strong e-bikes / fat bikes) with site seeing and feasting.

Great tour on the eBike through Boquete and surroundings! Seeing the beautiful landscape on the bike was an absolute highlight. The culinary delights were all excellent and Laura entertained us with funny and interesting stories. Thank you, it was a lot of fun!
