A fabulous boutique hotel with top notch service and a most hearty welcome. Special mention should be made of the outstanding breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to indulge.

Hotel Purs in Andernach was such a wonderful surprise! From the welcome drinks to the thoughtful design — where every tiny detail invites a closer look — everything felt carefully curated and genuinely special. Breakfast was another highlight, prepared in the very same kitchen as their Michelin-starred restaurant. Every element was beautifully considered, from the flavors on the plate to the ceramics that felt like pieces of art. The atmosphere blends antiquarian charm with modern sophistication, creating a space that feels both timeless and fresh. We’re already considering to stay here next time — this place truly leaves an impression✨

We had a wonderful time in the historical city of Andernach. The staff of Hotel Purs made us feel so welcome, the service was impeccable. The free private parking right across the street from the hotel was relaxed. We booked two rooms, one in the “old” part and one in the “modern” part. Both rooms were large, beautiful and clean. I have never slept in a bed that is 60cm high. Had to climb it it, and loved it! The food was absolutely delicious, both at breakfast, as well as at restaurant Ai Pero Purs where we celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday. Breakfast was served at the table, several plates with selections of meats, bread, marmelades. Additionally, we were also given a small bowl with fresh fruits, and another one with muesli and blue berry. Also, a choice of egg preparations, and I could not resist to add pan cakes which were so deliciously crispy at the edges with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar on top! My mother-in-law was surprised with a delicious little chocolate mousse cake with a lovely card for her birthday. The hotel is situated centrally. It was very easy to navigate the streets with the map that was holding our hotel key card. Very thoughtful! Very grateful for the fabulous experience at hotel Purs (Steinweg 30-32)!
