Excellent tour experience, very friendly and knowledgeable driver and host, so kind to take us on an additional stop to get official basalmic vinegar when we expressed interest. Very helpful to make sure we knew where and when to be to catch shuttles. Excellent lunch provided.
We have done two tours on two different days, visiting museums and factories of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani, Maserati, and also a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory. The organization by Motorstars was perfect with very clear information and they always answered all my questions when organizing it. Because it was August, some factories were closing and they notified me promptly, offering me good alternatives of my choice. In the end, they adapted and created custom tours for us. We wanted to include a driving experience, and they managed that for us optimally as well. They took us to eat at quality places that left us more than satisfied. The organization by Laura was perfect, and without a doubt, the best part was the service and assistance of Cosimo, our driver, who took us to all the places in a premium Mercedes van with punctuality and exquisite treatment and support, always attentive and accompanying us at all times with great professionalism and kindness.
