Decent class but not the cleanest kitchen. Also herbs were store bought and not fresh from the garden like advertised.

This was a wonderful experience in a home setting. Come hungry as you sit and eat and drink wine after you make the tirimisu and pasta! And what we learned can be done at home so I can’t wait to try!
Great teaching, step by step explanation and u can go you’re own pase. Its also very good food. A real taste of Italian meals. Could not have asked for anything better. Its ok to make a mistake and a wonderful cooking space. Also cute cats and fishes. And music on the tv.
Super nice morning cooking class with very kind teacher Alessia. Excellent pasta and best tiramisu ever!
We had a wonderful experience with Alessia! We met a wonderful couple from Denmark as well! 10/10 recommend!
Amazing! Would definitely come back. Great food, great teacher.
Alessia was an excellent teacher! Me and my husband and my kids all learned so much and will definitely be able to make the recipes at home. The tiramisu was also the best I’ve ever had. I have never liked tiramisu before but we all loved it (including the kids)! One of the best meals we’ve had in Italy!
We enjoyed the cooking class, personally, super friendly and family style. Exactly what we wanted. We are a family of 5 and she was a great host! Loved every minute of it.
AMAZING FOOD EXPERIENCE!! Took a bit longer than the 2 hour block, but was well worth our time and money. Was in her actual home. We met lots of new people and got to sit around the table and share the food we just made together! Would highly recommend! (:
We had the absolute best time! Wonderful instruction and delicious results. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing time learning from Alessia. She was a warm and patient teacher, showing us how to make two kinds of pasta and a perfect tiramisu. She also treated us to lovely appetizers and wine, and we ended the workshop with a great sit-down dinner eating what we made. The vibe was very comfortable and pleasant. Alessia is a fantastic host who makes sure everyone feels welcome. A truly wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone! Thank you Alessia!!!
This pasta and tiramisu cooking class was the absolute highlight of our bachelorette party! Alessia is such a warm and welcoming host, and she created a wonderful atmosphere that felt like cooking in a friend's home. Everything was professionally organized, yet we felt completely relaxed and at home throughout the experience. The class was fun, engaging, and a great opportunity to learn authentic Italian cooking techniques. And the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique, memorable, and genuinely authentic activity. Thank you, Alessia, for an unforgettable time!
This was such a fun class! The kids absolutely loved the process of making the dough, rolling it and shaping the various pasta. tiramisu Was amazing. A little different technique to the dish and it was better than I thought! My kids don’t like coffee but they loved this so much. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone with or without kids. It was fantastic.
Alessia was so sweet and easy to learn from. My daughter, her friend, and I really enjoyed this class. We learned a lot and plan to cook for our families when we get home. Loved this experience. Everything tasted amazing!
It was so amazing!! The food is delightful, there is definitely something for everyone. Alessia is so kind and is such a good instructor. 100% recommend to anyone coming to Bologna.
Alessia was very patient and welcoming. She clearly has a passion for cooking and helped each of us understand the history about what we were cooking. The food was perhaps the best food we had on our whole trip and she was lovely to work with
Incredible experience, wonderful teacher. So fun!!!
Wonderful time cooking and eating what we made. Intimate class in home. We made tortellini, tagliatelle with ragu and tiramisu. Kids had fun
A very enjoyable and worthwhile activity. We learned a lot from Alessia about the making and cooking of pasta. Everyone voted the Tiramisu the best they had eaten. The shared meal was a great experience.
Wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic experience! We learned how to make authentic Italian pasta and then enjoyed a delicious dinner together, accompanied by excellent local wine from the region. The group was small and intimate, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Alexandra is amazing—friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire class. An absolute 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!
Great cooking class - we did two types or pasta and tiramisú and then enjoyed eating it all with lovely wine!
Alessia was a great host and happily accommodated my families many dietary restrictions and food preferences. The food was fantastic, better than any restaurant we ate at during our time in Bologna! We enjoyed making 3 types of pasta and eating it all. Highly recommend.
Alessia was an amazing teacher! We had so much fun and the food was incredible. This tiramisu was better than any tiramisu I have ever had in the States. I would recommend this experience to anyone. To come to Bologna and not do this class would be a miss. Thanks for everything Alessia!
Super nice and was an overall great experience!!!
Alessia was amazing! What a great experience and terrific food!
Alessia’s cooking class was amazing! Very interactive and great with families with kids! The food we made was delicious! Great memories made.
Amazing experience. Alessia was great with our kids and the food was outstanding.
Good experience and a lot of fun. We can recommend!
Had a great time with Alessia! The experience was very enjoyable and educational. The food was delicious and Alessia is very friendly and a great host.
Brava Alessia! We had a wonderful time, she made sure our group had an incredible experience. She was accommodating for the less experienced, very quick to explain every detail behind the dish, wish clearly we take for granted what goes making a true pasta delicacy. I highly recommend Alessia, if you want a delicious & well explained cooking class in Bolognia. Grazie Alessia!
My teenage kids and I did this class together. They loved the relaxed atmosphere and the food. It’s an experience they’ll not soon forget.
We all had such a great time at Alessia’s cooking class . Alessia was fantastic with our two teens , really involving them in the lesson and taking the time with us all to make sure we got the most out of the experience. We made the most amazing pasta, learned alot about the process and then got to eat it all ! What’s not to love. I would highly recommend Alessia’s cooking class !
Alessia was fantastic, we had a great time making and eating lots of pasta! Having other families there made a very friendly experience. Grazie!
Such a wonderful and friendly experience, with michelin 3 ⭐️ results! Thank you Alessia
A wonderful experience in Alessia's home. We made traditional tiramisu, tortellini, tortellini & tagliatelle pasta. Afterwards, we enjoyed a meal made with our own hands. A great time absorbing the local flavors in Alessia's home. Great moments.
Lovely cooking class, teacher was very friendly. We learned a lot and then ate an excellent lunch afterwards
Wonderful time learning pasta cooking with a fun group! Alessia was an excellent teacher and a terrific host!
Alessia is super kind ! We spent a great moment with the group. The food was great. Thank you for this moment
Alesia was wonderful and explained recipes well. She answered all questions and lunch was wonderful
Very thorough and very fun! It was not only a great time but I feel like I have the confidence to try at home now. The food was amazing and the local takes on the everything was wonderful. I can’t recommend this enough!
Alessia was great! Good sense of humor yet still making sure you learned the important points. We would recommend 100%! We are not coffee lovers so never like tiramisu. But her recipe will be repeated in our home. Yum!
I really enjoyed the cooking class with Alessia. She was very nice and welcoming, and explained everything very well. It turned out that preparing the pasta is not at all difficult (if you have the right ingredients), so I am looking forward to preparing them at home as well. We received the recipes too. I would definitely suggest this workshop to everyone who would like to learn and practice how to make real fresh pasta and tiramisù. Grazie, Alessia 😊
Lovely, homey, authentic and very tasty food.
We had a wonderful cooking class with Alessia. She was a great teacher. Super patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her class. Only thing to know is she has cats. One person in our group has allergies.
Very homely experience with a small group of fellow travellers.
Wonderful class with Alessia! The warmth and hospitality she welcomed us with was great and the lesson was fun and very engaging. Despite half the class being an Italian bridal party and the other half English speaking tourists, Alessia was able to keep all of us involved throughout. Together we made three Bologna classics, Tortellini en Brodo, Tagliatelle al Ragu and Tiramisu and enjoyed them with paired wine, mortadella and parmigiano at the end of class. Casual and fun but also being made sure to learn the proper techniques and posture. Perfect way to end my trip in Bologna. Grazie mille Alessia!
This was a perfect experience. We went a family with the grandparents and our kids (twins 9yo and 6yo). Beside the greate learning experience, the food was amazing! So amazing that are kids tried two new things and love it! Just book, for us it was a perfect night and the best experience in the trip, suited for the young and old in the group. Highly recommend it!
Alessia was great. She taught a wonderful class. I can't wait to take my skills back home with me. Grazie Mille
First Time ever on Italy cooking pasta. Long story short: Alessia was the best! She is very passionate about food (as any Italian I suppose), and as a sommelier she knows a lot about wine, making this experience even better. Before this class I had this thought of wanting a cooking class from a "real Italian nonna", and was kind of dissapointed that se was not 80 years old.😅 Little did I know that Alessia was the best teacher we could have wished for, and we could not recommend this class more!
Alessia made some confusion with the booking, and I learned she was not available 3 hours before the scheduled time. Instead of apologizing, she blamed me, insisting I was the one who canceled the experience. I had to call Viator and open a support case, and I'm waiting for a refund. I understand mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for being rude and blaming others for your own mistakes.
