Great 3 hour tour to experience the best of all the food in Bologna. Our guide Erica was very professional and engaging. The restaurant experience was a bit disappointing in its atmosphere and food presentation although the food was delicious. The gelato stop was okay, but I felt the employees lacked and serving was quite small. The market tour along with the subsequent tasting in the osteria was fantastic!

3 hours was not enough to cover Bolognese food! Our guide Elena was amazing, explaining not just food but also a bit of history and culture of Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region. Group of 13 kept things manageable and enjoyable. Delicious food and wine. An advice would be to provide participants with food guide, so we can explore the city's food on our own afterwards. Awesome intro to Bologna, i recommend the tour 👍👍
