Itinerary
VISIT A FAMILY-OWNED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO FACTORY, TASTE 3 KIND OF THE WORLD’S MOST ICONIC CHEESE. You can experience the magic of production and the craft of cheese masters who turn milk into Parmigiano Reggiano, the world’s most famous cheese
Tour at the Acetaia farm: You will visit the huge barrels and old casks of the farm ancient rooms, learning all phases of production, surrounded by the perfumes of aged balsamic, for an experience involving all senses. Plus, Balsamic and Lambrusco Wine Tastings in the Balsamic Store.
