Food tour was fantastic. Not only did we get to eat some great food. Frederica explained what part of Italy the food was sourced from but also how it was made. It was well worth the money as we got a good sense of the food scene in Bologna.

Gabriele was the best tour guide we have ever had. We not only ate some delicious food, we got a tour of some landmarks in bologna. We loved how he took us to local restaurants and gave us some recommendations for more local experiences. He was personable, knowledgeable, and articulate. We really enjoyed our time with him.

Federica was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and great fun. We visited some very old and some more modern pasta makers, delicatessens and wine bars. This was a very good afternoon around the old town of Bologna.

Booking failed so no tour. we had the confirmation email and we had booking tickets, but when we turned up, the guy did not recognizing them and said we could not join the tour as they were already at maximum capacity clearly there was an error in the booking system, but not sure where disappointed that we turned up and not able to join the tour so we can’t rate the tour as such waiting for a refund from Tripadvisor

Gabriella was a wonderful guide and the food was delicious

I am in my 70s I have traveled the world Never has this happen. We are at the meet point early and no one from the company shows up or notifies you they cancel the tour. We waited 45 min. This ruins your plans and expectations. Do not book with this company. They are not dependable.

Gabrielle our tour guide really brought this tour to life. The tour itself was really interesting and gave us the opportunity to explore the city and hidden food gems whilst leaning more about the local cuisine. Gabriele was very personable and knowledgeable. Wholly recommend.

We had a brilliant time on our express 2 Hour Food Tour of Bologna. Our tour guide Mattia was excellent. It ended up just being us on the tour so it was like a private tour which was a brilliant experience. Mattia was knowledgeable about the city as well as the food we were trying, giving us context of the history, processes and importance to the people of Bologna. We’d highly recommend the tour to anyone whose interested in understanding more about Bologna and its food. It was very much a highlight of our trip to Bologna!

Caterina was a very good guide. She shared interesting information about food culture but also about Bologna. We walked around at markets, tasted typical "street food" and lasagna, like it should taste in Bologna. It is very nice that we came to an "institution" in Bologna, an osteria that has existed since the 15th century. There we tasted the local sparkling red wine Lambrusco. We finished with the best gelatin in Bologna. Caterina also left restaurant tips. It was a very nice trip.

Marco, our guide, helped us discover his beautiful city in a different way. He provided us with many details about the city's history and its specialties. Everything we tasted was excellent, and we returned several times to eat where he had taken us. A very nice tour to do at the very beginning of your stay.
