Nice hotel. 25 minutes walk from centre. I thought it was mean of them not to allow me to refill my water bottle just after I’d checked out. It’s already 30deg outside, mid morning. That would have shown care of customer health above a few cents of profit.

This is a great hotel near the train station. Our plane arrived extremely late and it was nearly 2:00AM when we arrived at the hotel. The person at the front desk opened the doors for us as we arrived and was able to check us in without any issue. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Short, easy walk to the train station the next morning and it looked like an easy walk into the old historic part of Bologna. Area seemed safe and fine even at 2 in the morning when we arrived.

Great service from all the staff, thoroughly cleaned every day, and recently refurbished rooms. Most of them are wheelchair or reduced-mobility accessible and they come with complementary toiletries. The hotel is pet-friendly (mid size and small size) and they have been outstanding during our short stay.

Great stay with one noisy catch! We had a lovely stay here. The rooms are very nice, the staff is incredibly kind, and the housekeeping service is truly outstanding. Close to train station which was great. The two minuses were that the heating and air conditioning weren't working in our room, but it didn't bother us too much. The bigger issue was the room door; it would shake every time someone else in the corridor used their doors. It basically meant we could only sleep until the first person on the floor woke up. Overall a really nice hotel if you dont mind the door vibrations as an early wake-up call.
