The worst place I have seen for years. We had to leave and find another place on the spot with my entire family. The apartments smell cigarettes and mold. They are in the basement of the building and they don’t look like the pics online. The building is surrounded by junkies. The person in charge refused to talk to us in the phone, he had a very rude attitude and wouldn’t compensate us for all the above.

We've stayed at the Aparthotel on other occasions in Bologna. Everything was always perfect: check-in and check-out, communication, and availability for special needs. The apartment is welcoming, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The on-site parking was greatly appreciated.
Comfortable apartment in the heart of Bologna. Simple yet functional furnishings and quiet despite being next to the metro station. I'll definitely consider this apartment the next time I need to stay in Bologna.
Just beside a train station but still very silent. Recent refurbished apartments so is everything very new and the one I stayed was very big.
