The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary utilities. Same goes for the communal kitchen. Perfectly located in relation to the city centre and Bologna Centrale.

Ideally located on the outskirts of the historic center of Bologna, the B&B is perfect for a city break. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with very large bathrooms en suite. The four rooms are named after the four elements and are furnished accordingly. The hostess is very friendly and always approachable. There is a large common room with kitchen where you can perfectly self-cater. I can recommend the B&B without any restrictions.

Probably one of the best stays at a B&B. Getting in and out of the building/floor/room was super convenient. Had a good night sleep because it was quiet enough for me to get an undisturbed sleep. Shower was always nice and hot. But still no breakfast in the morning. However, they did stock it with yogurt & coffee. Air conditioning worked great too! They provided extra blankets also. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Apartment and room are very clean. Good location just 10 minutes from centre. Street with a lot of good restaurants and shops. The bed is really really comfortable. My mother and I slept very well. Barbara is very friendly and helped us with everything. Very good coffee. Thank you again!!!
