Stopover Bogota - 3to4 Hs. Experience

We had a fantastic time on our tour. Lorena was an excellent guide, spoke flawless English, and was able to answer our questions about the area, people, food, transportation, etc.! We would highly recommend this tour. We walked a lot and she took her time, wasn’t in a hurry and really cared that we had a great experience.

Four of us took a 4 hour private tour on our first morning in Bogota. Gained a great perspective by what we saw but most importantly about the character and history of each neighborhood from our very knowledgeable tour guide. We did anothe tours with him during the week we were there and in discussion learned much about the political, cultural an social history of Columbia.

Positives: Clean, safe driver/vehicle. Answered our questions well. Negatives: basically was a downtown tour, not a city-wide tour, which would be impossible due to traffic. First "stop" was the Gold Museum for 1 hr. Well, we could have done that on our own, it is walking distance from the pickup spot. That burned up precious time. Other stops were helpful but usually the driver just let us out and figure stuff out on our own. A trainee was there and she was very helpful but the main guide really just wanted to drive. Never saw Zona T, Usaquen, Chapinero.

Rodolfo took his time and made sure I got to see and understand everything he was showing me about Bogota. We got to see the wonderful works of Botero and the beautiful old buildings in the Candelaria part of the City. Pretty exceptional! I had the chance to ask questions and get clear, easy to understand answers..all in his terrific English...what a perfect way to see Bogota, something everyone should do for an introduction to an interesting and exciting, vibrant City.

amo Serrato es fabuloso, la naturaleza y la vista de Bogotá desde el cerro es increíble, muy buenas opciones para comer. la Candelaria y el mejor café premiado con todo el arte callejero y su estilo colonial hermoso, el guía en Inglés fue muy paciente y considerado y su Inglés fue bueno

Los sitios seleccionados excelente Bogota es una ciudad llena de historia, espectacular para hacer turismo. Sin embargo el guía que me toco politizo la visita y se dedico a dar su opinión sobre política y socialismo.
