They maintained great communication from the time I booked until the time of pickup. Everything went smoothly. I was lucky enough to have Andres as my driver for each transfer. I’m glad I booked this pickup, we had to be to the airport at 3am ( and a holiday). Hector was a great communicator and check with me about my party size and the amount of luggage we had to make sure we got the right vehicles. I did not have cellular service so he contacted me on WhatsApp which was perfect. They were great, would recommend!

Alex, my driver, was very effective at finding me at the airport. This was the third company that I have hired over the last year, when visiting Bogota, and I was pleased to find that he spoke English. Although his vehicle was smaller than I am used to, it didn't prevent him from getting me to my hotel. That was the important concern. Overall, Alex was an attentive and concerned professional and I would use him again in future visits.

Mauricio was very on point and careful during our airport pick up... when we got out the gate he was there with a sign, and it was very easy to spot him... alittle rain started pouring and he was even prepared with an umbrella, definately worth it!
Our driver was waiting for us right as we exited customs with a sign with my name on it. He helped with our luggage and got us safely to our hotel while giving a bit of information (in Spanish) as to what we were passing. He was kind, thoughtful & punctual. Totally recommend.

John is a true gentleman. He kept in touch with me through WhatsApp messaging all through my trip. Instructions were crystal, clear and simple. He was waiting for us right in front of the exit door from Customs, with a prominent pink jacket and an iPad with our name on the screen. Doesn’t get any, easier than this. He gave us valuable tips on our short journey back to the hotel. We are very lucky to have him as our driver for our tour tomorrow. There was a big van to receive our family of five with ample room for our luggage. excellent smooth experience overall. Booking was a piece of cake all done through WhatsApp, taking only a couple of minutes, even though we added Airport transfer as a last-minute option. Hector at the Central office made it work for us without any hassle.
Excellent communication and upon booking via WhatsApp. Payment was easy via credit card and a link. Booked them round trip (airport to hotel and the return ). Both the company and driver were in communication for the pickups. The driver met us up right after exiting the International Arrival door within the airport. They had my name and a distinctive pink vest. Both trips were safe and comfortable; no guesswork about money and waiting.

We travel constantly to Colobia and have always asked different agencies for Service, in this case it was easier and the truth the driver was waiting for us as soon as we left international departure. Very good Service and by the way they provided us additional Service for hours we required and we could cover everything with Nomadas without problem.
