Luis picked us up from our Chapinero hotel for a visit to Zipaquirá. Arrived on time and communicated well in advance of the trip. Luis is a very friendly, excellent guide. He made the drive to/from the Salt Cathedral very comfortable and smooth for our group of four. Luis shared lots of facts during the drive about Bogota, Colombia in general, and what to expect at the Salt Cathedral. It is clear he loves what he does very much. We found Luis through Viator for a private driver to the Salt Cathedral 1.5 hour drive outside of Bogota. He was extremely proactive with communication ahead of time and arrived early to pick us up at our hotel. While we only hired him for the drive, we were treated to an amazing overview of the history of Columbia, Bogota and the entire South American region. He had an awesome personality and made the 3 hours of travel seem much shorter. We would highly recommend Luis and his company for anyone wishing to travel to and learn about this amazing country!

We used this company for both an airport transfer and car service to the Salt Cathedral and Andres Carne de Res Restaurant. It was our first time in Colombia and Luis was at the airport on time with a clearly marked sign. He helped us with our bags and showed us where to buy a SIM card. Since we don’t speak Spanish, he was kind enough to park his car and escort us into our AirBnb building and helped us communicate with the front door staff, which we really appreciated. The next day, Luis drove us to the Salt Cathedral and also to Andres Carne de Res restaurant in Chia. He was very professional, spoke English well, and was patient with our young children. Overall, I highly recommend Luis and we had a very smooth and pleasant trip.

Great transfer service to Salt Cathedral, while a bit expensive, they did a great job. It's a short drive (1,5 hours) but it was made easy and pleasant thanks to the driver. Luis was excellent, very courteous and helpful.

What a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm not religious at all, but this is a special place. Put aside the religious significance of the place and you still have a wonderful location to visit. Our driver had to wait an extra hour for us as our tour went a little longer than previously expected, but the driver was very professional and nice about the additional wait time. I found the salt cathedral a visit of the most interesting, a different thing in terms of religious monument. The big ships are breathtaking. It is worth seeing though it is about 40 minutes from Bogotá.

Since November 16th we have been travelling in Peru, Chile and Colombia. Without a doubt the best experience was in Colombia. Friend Alejandro Ramirez made our stay a spectacular one. Mr. Alejandro kept an eye on us not only during our trip to the Cathedral of Salt in Zipaquirá, but also turned a bad experience that unfortunately we had into an Air b&b we had in just a bad time passing. That's when we realized this friend wouldn't let us have a bad time in his great country. We have no words.
