The service was well coordinated and organized. We were confirmed right before the flight and right after the flight landed. We were greeted by a nice service host Tatiana when we first got out of the baggage room, and walked us to meet the driver. Very safe especially for new travelers who have not been familiar with Bogota airport Highly recommended !

Very prompt and efficient shuttle service from Bogota Airport. We arrived earlier than expected and the company worked with me to send the drive earlier than we originally booked. The driver was very friendly and pointed out various landmarks on our way to the Chapeniro district. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our stay in Bogota!

The driver took the cheap way instead of using the toll road which added 15 minutes to our trip. I would use a regular taxi instead.
The pickup from Viator associate, Impulse Travel, was excellent. They contacted me prior to departure via WhatsApp ( you’ll need that on your smartphone). And I was able to ask them where the meeting point (door 5) was at the airport. We used the Spanish speaking driver (cheaper) at $38 USD. We did get stopped by the police on the way to the hotel. Elton the driver handled it beautifully. 20M peso tip. MUCH BETTER THAN A TAXI!! Almost 1 hour ride.
I have used this service twice already and will use it two more times shortly. The transfer service is excellent. When I arrived in Bogota from Europe, it was a nightmare as I had to wait two hours to get through immigration due to the sheer number of passengers arriving on international flights. I contacted the company about the crowd and they immediately reassured me that the driver will wait. Once I got into the arrival area, I quickly found the driver and continued the journey. The drivers are very professional and will point out some of the sights along the way. My first driver had a basic understanding of English and with my basic Spanish we were able to have a conversation about the famous sights of Bogota. On the way back to the airport for my flight to Bogota a few days later, the service was just as good.
My flight was canceled due to technical issues with the plane and instead of rebooking me they denied to provide the service. I can’t give 24 hour notice if the plane can’t fly! They are scammers I would go with another service.
We were supposed to be picked up at 7:00pm at Bogota airport. We arrived out front of the arrivals at 6:50pm and started looking for our driver. Looked and looked and tried to call him but didn’t connect. Finally, we took a taxi to our hotel. Around 8:15pm I received a text that our driver had just arrived at the airport to pick us up. Unfortunately, he was 75 minutes late!! We will be contacting Viator for a refund for this trip.

My driver was fantastic! Super great talking to him and he waited patiently for over 2 hours while I was Going through immigration and customs.
Was ok. Nice people but waited far too long. Had to cross the road to find the person with the sign, most are right outside the terminal doors. Then it took a while for the car to get there - 15 to 20 mins after saying it would be 3 minutes. Lastly, grossly overpriced. $39 compared to $17 through the hotel, which was a better service. Advice - book through your hotel if possible.

This service could not have been better! Our private driver, Andres Calcedo, from IMPULSE Travel, was professional, courteous, communicated well in English, and was an excellent driver. He was there to meet us as we came from baggage claim, and communicated in Spanish with the airline employee who was pushing my wife's wheelchair, so that we were accompanied all the way to his vehicle. It was a very nice, comfortable vehicle, with air conditioning and plenty of room for our luggage. Andres knew the way to our hotel and told us about Bogota and the are where we were staying during the approx. 30 minute drive. At the hotel, he communicated with the hotel staff to bring a wheelchair for my wife, who had a foot injury preventing her from putting pressure on one foot. Our transition from the airport to hotel was seamless, thanks to Andres and the service he provided. We had pre paid online - just under $ 30 US - which we feel was an excellent value.
