Excellent experience. Pick at airport was perfect. Cesar was exactly where he said he would be. Pick from hotel was right on time & safe delivery back to airport.

This is the second time I book this transportation service. The man arrived timely to pick me up, was helpful by opening the door and provided assistance with my luggage. Additionally, throughout the way, we engaged in polite conversation as a nice welcome to Colombia. Without a doubt, I'll use this service again.

There was no obvious way to state the amount of baggage we had. We contacted the operator once they made contact to let them know we had a baby and 7 bags, but they didn’t adjust the ride as a consequence. The driver arrived but then said he couldn’t take our bags. He suggested asking for a refund and getting a taxi. He then organised us an alternative ride and we paid cash to get to our accomodation, although the driver demanded 40% more once we got there than the original driver had arranged. The driver was very apologetic and helpful within what he could do. Gran Colombia have been very defensive, unsympathetic and unaware of the difficulties of communication whilst in an aeroplane, suggesting it was our problem that we didn’t reply whilst on the flight they were aware we were on. Overall a disappointing experience, as a function of the inability to state during booking that you needed a larger ride. The booking was described as a shuttle and in our home country a shuttle is a van with many pax plus a trailer for baggage. I’d suggest not using this service unless you only have one bag per person. And definitely don’t depend on it if you’re unwilling to be stranded on the roadside in at nighttime in a foreign city with a baby and a stack of bags.

We selected the round trip. Both the drivers were informative by contacting us ahead of time. This made the experience secure and relaxing.

I booked my Private Transfer from Cartagena airport to AmaWatersway Cruise port. Communication from the time I left US to when we arrived, it was GREAT!!! I didn't have to be stressed out. This company is great to work with!

Booked round trip airport transfer. Both drivers were very punctual, friendly, and professional. As a female solo traveler I was quite anxious flying into Bogota for the first time by myself. So having someone there already definitely helped. Knowing a little bit of Spanish will help. Otherwise Google Translate will suffice.

My Driver Cesar waited for me at the airport for over an hour because the immigration line was super long, thanks to him he had a good friendly attitude and everything went perfectly fine. Will surely use them again.

Cesar was our driver and he was wonderful. He spells little English and we speak even less Spanish. He kept in contact through WhatsApp from the time we were on our flight, through immigration and until we met him where he was holding a sign with my name on it. He was very helpful and despite the language barrier gave us some recommendations and had light conversation. The ease of having him scheduled was well worth it.

The communication between the company and the driver was excellent, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Had a great experience with the airport pickup flying into Bogota. It was our first time we were arriving to Bogota and I received constant communication throughout the process before and when we landed. The immigration line took a long time and the driver was very attentive to communicating with me. The directions were clear on where to meet the driver.

I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel and 2 days later back from the hotel to the airport. Prior to the first pick up, Miguel had sent me a message via WhatsApp to confirm the tour and to give me the driver's details. After that, Cesar texted me as well via WhatsApp and I kept updating him with my delayed flight and the immigration process. The description of where to find the driver was super easy and he waited for me with a sign with my name on it. I appreciate the effort which gave me the security to pick the correct driver without any stress. The drive was perfect and Cesar was really welcoming and friendly and we had a nice chat :) The way back Felipe was my driver. He also texted me a day prior and was so thoughtful to schedule the pick up a bit earlier because of the blocked streets Sunday mornings in Bogotá. I appreciate the extra mile and thoughts. I had a great trip with Felipe and he gave me really good tips for my Colombian travel. Long story short: perfect service, perfect communication. Thank you very much to all 3 of you! 😊

Company is very communicative and will let you know when and where to meet. Our driver Cesar was punctual and made sure we knew where to meet him. On the way to our destination he even pointed out some historical landmarks.

My driver was on time and patient when my arrival was delayed due to customs. I would highly recommend.

Cesar was great for my ride from an AirBnB to the airport. He was super communicative and even showed up early. Gran Colombia tours is a great option for your transportation needs.

Used this company to arrange for transportation to the Rafael Nuñez Airport on departure date. Excellent service. Driver arrived 15 mins early and got us to the airport in no time. Friendly and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

I got to the hotel fine, but was picked up in an old car. The driver didn’t speak English. It was warm and no A/C. The person who met me after immigration took me to the car and before we left asked me to tip him and pay for the parking. He asked for more than the transfer cost. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Our driver was beyond excellent. Our plane was delayed and he was king enough to guide us to what to do. His knowledge of the city was incredible, pointing out everything we would want to know and more. I cannot recommend him enough.

I've used this service twice (both from the El Dorado Airport to the Apartment i was staying at), decided to use this rather than Uber since uber is neither legal or illegal and I wanted to make sure my arrival in a Spanish speaking country went well. The company contacts you via whatsapp before the pick up to confirm the details and to let you know who the driver is. I rated 4 starts instead of 5, since on both occasions our drivers spoke very little english and there was an obvious language barrier. However with google translate we were able to overcome that. I would recommend it if your accommodation in Bogota does not provide an airport shuttle. However be mindful the drivers may not speak English. But they are very friendly and professional. I would use them again :)

The driver was so kind, understand, and accommodating. He met us at the front and gave clear instructions on how to meet him over Whatsapp (make sure to download it beforehand). I literlaly have not gotten service like this in America since before the pandemic!! My friend told me to use this service since it's trustworthy and you won't have to pay a "tourist tax" like he did with other taxis.

Transfers company routed me through 4 different drivers, each of whom canceled on me, until a fifth driver was found who actually completed the trip. I had to wait over an hour in the arrivals area for the company to find a driver, despite communicating with them via WhatsApp while in the immigration line.

Very good communication with operator. Almost too much information too often but did provide confidence that the driver would arrive on time. We were three persons with luggage and just fit into the vehicle. A little more space would have been appreciated. You can rely on this operator.

We had a very smooth transfer from the airport to the hotel. A day before, a representative of the company contacted me and provided the number for Mr Pedro Ortiz, the driver. Mr Ortiz communicated with me just as we landed saying he was waiting, and I contacted him after we left the customs area. He was waiting for us, and it was a very easy transfer. I even tipped him a nice amount because he was so helpful with our luggage.

DO NOT USE! We arrived late and almost missed our flight! The driver was not sure on where to go! We had to take an Uber to drive us to the correct terminal and airline so we had to spend more money! I’m f***ing livid and pissed! Requesting a refund!
