Luis is amazing. We’ve hired him twice to pick us up from El Dorado Airport and take us into Bogota. He always arrives on time and communicates perfectly. Immigration lines at El Dorado can be very slow and they take a long time but Luis is always there once we get through. On the ride in Luis is always safe and has so many helpful recommendations. I personally enjoy our conversations about music. I highly recommend! A man I trust!

I highly recommend this transfer service. The driver communicated over what’s app the night before arrival and upon arrival keeping close tabs on me from the moment I landed to know if I was through immigration and baggage claim. He sent me his photo each time snd picked me up right outside of the arrivals area inside by the Starbucks which was easy to find. Very efficient. He is a good driver. I’ve used him twice.

Felipe has taken great care of us. We were two friends traveling Columbia and felt very safe. Felipe was extremely flexible, reliable and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Colombia. We learned a lot during our transfers. He also gave us great tips where to find the best coffee in town. Immediately after booking, we received communication from our driver, Luis Felipe with all details of our pick up. He left no room for misshapen; from sending a picture of himself for successful identification, a picture of how my name would be displayed on a tablet (in a distinctive and colorful way), meeting point, etc. Line at Customs was incredibly long and he waited all this time for no extra charge. It was raining so he not only escorted us from the arrival hall to the airport exit but picked up the car and then came back to retrieve us (more of his time spent only to keep us comfortable and dry). Traffic from the airport to the hotel was horrible but I practically dozed all the way while my husband received a full hour lecture on Colombia and Bogota history and cultural makeup. All in a safe, comfortable and clean car. Great value too.

Very expensive. Paid for a premium and ended up in a Mazda…..definitely not a premium vehicle. Driver was nice, professional, and coordinated well.

I heard from the company right after booking to establish a connection via WhatsApp. We texted the day before and the morning of, and the driver was already aware of a flight delay and assured me he would still meet me after clearing customs. As I walked out of international arrivals portal he was there with my name on a e-tablet and greeted me with a warm smile and offer to help with the bags. The car was clean, new and I had a bottle of water for the drive into Bogotá. We had a great conversation, which was great for me as I continue to learn Spanish. Everything about the service was amazing! Shortly after I made the reservation, I received a text message from Luis confirming my reservation, as well as instructions on where to meet the driver. When we arrived in Bogota, I received another text message acknowledging that we had landed, which was great that they were tracking our flight. There’s nothing better than getting off a flight, going through a long immigration process, then finding someone waiting for you. Luis is the best! We arranged the ride in advance. Driver is very professional and understands the importance of providing his customers with a good experience. Anyone can drive a car but to be friendly , informative and helpful is something alot of Chauffeur Drivers lack. Car was very clean and he was a courteous driver, not a danger to his passengers by driving erratically, which sometimes happens. The driver even apologised when he realised he forgot to tell us that he had water bottles for us in the backdoors. If visiting Bogota, I highly recommend you use this airport transfer company to make your journey stress free when you arrive in Bogota, Colombia.
