A complete and unbeatable day with our guide Carlos Espitia from Panamericana de Viajes. Ascent to Monserrate hill by cable car and magnificent views. Then a tour of the historic district and Simon Bolivar Square with admission to the Botero Museum. After a hearty lunch we visited the Salt Cathedral, a must-see when in Bogota. And everything was very well handled by Carlos and our bus driver Oscar. Unforgettable.

We booked a tour with Get Your Guide to take a walk through La Candelaria, see Bolivar Square, see the Gold Museum, and the Botero Museum. We were lucky to have Pila, who speaks perfect French and gave us plenty of very interesting explanations. We recommend you go through them. For Montserrat, we did it on our own because it was not part of the service we had booked. You should know that the ascent and descent are cheaper on Sundays, 21,000 COP versus 35,000 COP on weekdays. Only negative point: 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting in line to go back down

It was an amazing day visiting Montserrate, the historic center and the Museus del Oro and Botero with the guide Gloria Ardila and driver Nestor Mendieta of Panamericana de Viajes DMC. They were super punctual and the guide Gloria explained to us the history of Colombia, in detail, for each of the places we visited. We love the walk!! Super recommend !!
