Simple straightforward tickets delivered via WhatsApp or email. We purchased the day before and got the tickets next day in the morning. Valid for both entry and exit. Highly recommended l.

When I got to the site to use the code they would not let me use it and I had to buy a new ticket. Interesting how buying on site was actually cheaper. I tried to contact help but didn’t get a response.

Melissa was so very friendly and nice. She showed me everything she knows about the history and culture of Colombia. She’s also an art teacher and which interests me the next time I will travel back in Bogota Colombia

Monserate is one of the spectacular sites for anyone to experience whether you are Catholic or not. The spiritual energy is incredible, and the view show you just how lage Bogota really is. We chose to take the cable car up to the top, and the funicular train down.

Really fun tour, had lots of great experiences and learnt a lot about Bogota's history from our excellent and multi-talented tour guide. Always felt very safe. Highly recommend this tour

The amazing view, tasty food options, and friendly vendors validated the early start up the summit. Plan for a minimum of 4-5 hours off peak for this experience.

I wouldn't bother. Had to queue for 2.5 hours to get up. It was more than a 2 hr wait in the cafe. Then a 1.5hr queue to get down. If it rains you're in trouble as there's no cover.

Our tour with Sebastian was absolutely amazing. We visited Monserrat and the Candelaria. It was very informative, and also conscious of our needs and restrictions. We learned so much from him about the city, the architecture, and the history. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and to show us the hidden corners of Bogota. I highly recommend the tour and also our guide! Sebastian was the best!

The trip through Montserrate and La Candelaria was great. Linda spoke brilliant English and was thorough in her history and knowledge. She could easily answer questions and she was friendly, efficient and a lovely person.

We rode the teleferico and stayed to see the sunset. It was beautiful, we saw the church, walked through the statues and shops.

Terrible experience. Tickets produced by tripadvisor were not accepted. They had a barcode but I was told that I needed to reach out to Hansa Tours to get a second set of tickets to get some QR codes. I didn't have the time/internet/energy/battery at the moment and I was with my 3 year old daughter and decided to get in line (line was not so bad) and access the experience in this way. Later that day I found out a message via a third party app from a random private number with the QRs that I needed. I never expected to be reached out to my private number via this third party app to get the tickets, and I didn't expect the official tickets produced by Tripadvisor to not work at all. I was even able to add them to my apple wallet but they were not accepted.

We had an amazing time, the city views are stunning, the tour guide knew so many interesting facts about the city, the planning was perfect in every detail.

Bought tickets the day prior to skip the line, received a bar code in PDF, once I got at the cablecar they asked for a QR code; I had to do the line 40min and buy new tickets. The provider (Hansa Tours) only answered 3 hours after, hopefully I get a refund...

View of Bogota was incredible. Buying my ticket on line before allowed me to skip the long lines . Buy the fast pass so you avoid the long lines on the way down. I was surprised there was so much good food stalls at the top as well. Plenty of drinks non alcoholic.

THEY NEVER SENT ME THE QR OF THE TICKET, WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO PAY THE TICKET TO THE HILL, LOUSY SERVICE, THEY JUST SENT THE BARCODE

Interesting place, but difficult to get tickets. The QR code received before the visit did not work, the staff spoke Spanish only, it was necessary to contact Viator to finally receive the right tickets via WhatsApp after waiting and struggling for a while. If I had known, I would have taken the tickets there.

I really liked what we knew and the explanation of each of the places, Juanita was always attentive to our needs and preferences when the tours.

Access to bathrooms with many stairs and in other places as well (stairs only). That should get better. There is a delay to go up and down as there are only 2 bonds.

Very good, we stayed in Candelaria (old neighborhood) we explored every street and village of the neighborhood, very cozy restaurants and bars and excellent cuisine. We also made a walk to the Cathedral of Salt, very well worth it.
