Had an amazing tour with Johana. She showed me so much In the town of Leyva. Very knowledgeable about the history. Recommend this tour. We'll worth the long drive to see the beautiful scenery
Nice driver. But 5.5 hours getting there with stops along the way left exactly 1 hour in Villa de Leyva. More than 4 hours to return to Bogotá. Definitely NOT worth it
My amazing tour guide (Rodolfo) is the best; friendly and attentive to details. Simple and flexible booking experience and wisited sites were simply lovely! Also, very good pricing vs other operators but still top experience.
I had an excellent time with Alex to Villa de Leyva. I learned so much about Colombia on this tour. Alex was very professional. He always wore a mask and the bus was very clean. He drove us safely to Bogota and back. Gracias!
As I was the only person who had booked for this particular date it was like having a private tour with my knowledgeable driver and guide, Alex. He spoke very good English and I also used the opportunity to practise my Spanish. Again as the only customer he was able to tweak the trip to include things I wanted to see, and miss out the things I did not want to see. It is a long day but so worth it. Villa de Leyva is an incredible place to visit and the terracotta house was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this trip enough and Alex added so much to it with his knowledge, not only of the places we visited, but of Columbia in general.
Rodolfo the driver & tour guide who can speak good English and he explains everything so well. Despite that it’s a long day tour, it really save my time.
The trip was a long journey but worth the trip if you have a spare day in Bogotá. Marcelo was an excellent guide on the day and had a great sense of humour. He helped made the trip enjoyable for us and he was very friendly. I would recommend this trip highly and you will not be disappointed.
Fantastic day trip to Villa de Leyva! Also included visit to Boyaca, terra-cotta house, monastery and winery. Tour guide Alex was extremely knowledgeable as well as very fun and welcoming. Mix up with over payment for the tour ( my fault!) and refund was provided immediately. A really great experience, totally recommend this tour!
We had a wonderful time with our driver guide Alex. He was bilingual and very knowledgeable and proud to share all the beautiful sites throughout our journey to and from Villa De Layva. The van was roomy and comfortable for the 5 of us plus Alex. Roads were closed and traffic was horrendous on our return due to the National Independence Day celebrations. But Alex knew all the right detours to get us back to our hotel without incident. He was a very safe driver. We would highly recommend Alex for this tour!
