We had booked a day trip in Bogota city from Canada and Leslie was our guide. She was lovely; took photos of our family, showed us local markets and was mindful of our little baby's schedule - we started in the morning, took a break at our hotel at his nap time and re-started the tour once the nap was done. Despite the break, we didn't lose any sites and experience. Our highlight of the tour was tasting delicious Colombian coffee and chocolates and making lifetime worth of memories. The owner was also super responsive and the day went smoothly and time sensitively. I will definitely recommend this tour operator to anyone traveling in Bogota.

Itinerary
Ascent by cable car or funicular to Cerro Monserrate, symbol of the city that houses the Sanctuary of the Fallen Lord and from where you have an impressive panoramic view of the city.
Visit the Gold Museum where you can appreciate its more than 53,000 pre-Columbian and goldsmith pieces and learn about the history behind the Colombian indigenous communities.
Enjoy the unique architecture of the oldest neighborhood in the city. Among the 19th-century houses with wide eaves and colonial-era balconies, the ghosts of the viceroys who once inhabited their patios and hallways seem to hide. A large part of the buildings, many of them colonial and republican styles, are well preserved and have been declared a heritage site of cultural and historical interest. Its cobbled streets keep legends about the origins of the city, while churches and mansions transport us to other times. Walking through La Candelaria is entering the historic heart of Bogotá.
Visit the Botero Museum where you will find a large collection of works donated to Colombia by the artist Fernando Botero with the intention of disseminating arts and culture.
The Chorro de Quevedo square is considered the place where Bogotá was first settled in 1538. This picturesque corner of La Candelaria, dominated by an old chapel, is accessed through the narrow cobblestone street of the Embudo. Today the square attracts tourists and street artists with its bohemian atmosphere, and continues to be a meeting point for Bogota residents seeking to connect with the origins of their city. From there you can feel the spirit of the founding of the Colombian capital.
Visit the main square of the city, the Primate Cathedral of Colombia, including Plaza Bolívar, the Nariño Palace, the National Capitol, the Mayor's Office and the Palace of Justice.
During the walk through the historic center you will be able to admire the facades of the imposing theaters and old mansions of the city.
