Fantastic half-day city tour with lots of interesting information and great sightseeing. Our guide, Nestor, was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. We learned a lot about the city and enjoyed several delicious tastings along the way. Highly recommended!

Good experience , we visited Bogotá more historical places , drink a delicious Colombia coffee , I enjoyed
Esteban’s English was very good and his narration was informative and easy to follow. Our driver, Wilson did an excellent job navigating the streets without tossing us around. We did not use the hop on hop off option but the tour had a few stops where we all got off and walked around. Estaban took good care of us while we were outside of the bus. The bus was a perfect size for comfort and viewing where the windows can be open or closed depending on the weather.
Our guide for the day was Nestor. Bilingual in English and Spanish. He was well informed and professional. We loved getting off the bus to tour a site or an area from 5-15+ minutes. We stayed on bus for all 4 hours but got to have extra time for lunch in our own. Nestor encouraged questions. Well worth every minute to learn more about Bogata!!!
Highly recommend getting this pass early in your vacation. Our guide Steven was incredibly knowledgable and very helpful with questions/recommendations. We unfortunately left this until the end of our holiday but the tour was great nonetheless. I would get it sooner to get a good idea of the city and then use the others days as transportation and spend more time at each spot (like they recommend) Driver was great, trip felt perfectly safe and comfortable. Thanks again Steven!
Nestor was a fabulous guide and seamlessly switched between Spanish and English so everyone could enjoy the experience. We covered a lot of ground in four hours and I felt like I got a real sense of this fabulous city. Thank you Nestor!
We took this tour our first day in Bogota. It’s a great introduction to the city and has helped us decide what neighborhoods to visit. Our guide was excellent and accommodating to English speakers (thank you!). We were there during the rainy season and weren’t THAT surprised it was storming. That made a sightseeing tour by bus extra appealing, and we were grateful it wasn’t canceled. We did get off the bus (they provided umbrellas) at a few stops. We were able to see a demonstration at an emerald store – where I also tried coca tea – then we did some souvenir shopping and went to a marker with beautiful fruits and delicious fresh juice. Our walk took us past some beautiful graffiti – I want to call some of them murals to give them judtice. The company offers other tours to get a deeper cultural experience, which we would have loved to do if we had more time. This tour was very much an overview and exactly what we wanted since we were jet-lagged and acclimating to the altitude. The tour allowed us to see many places we won’t have time to visit individually. In addition, the tour included museum passes that we will be putting to use today.
I took the tour guided with Camilo and Diego They are very friendly and cooperative They know very well about their country history
I'm not sure if the bus even looks like the one in the picture because I sat in the corner of juan valdez coffee for 45 minutes and had a good lookout of both streets and never saw the bus. It would be great if there was a map that showed the possible areas the bus might stop at each point. It isn't really a hop on and off bus because there is only one chance to get on. If you miss it that's it as there is only one bus. I had one chance to use it and took a taxi to and from the first point. It was a real let down.
A great tour to start your stay in Bogota, since it I’ll give you better insight into what to do and in what order
Amazing bus tour! The guide SEBASTIAN really took this from good to GREAT. He was extremely through, engaging, and so much fun. I learned so much about Bogotá from him, I really appreciate how much of the history and current events he shared because it helped me get to the know the city extremely well. I did this tour my first day in Bogotá and it really helped me get oriented and plan the rest of my week. I highly recommend this, especially if you can have Sebastian as your guide.
Thank you Esteban and Sebastian for being amazing tourist professionals. Bogota, Guatavita and Zipaquirá is better understood now thanks to the knowledge given by you while being on the tour. Your genuine persona makes traveling in Bogota much more friendly. This company is lucky to have you both.
Great experience and customer service! Booking the tour was very easy through their website. After we booked we received two emails 1 with our ticket and 1 requesting our ID information and when/where we were planning on catching the tour bus. The bus was very comfortable and great for our three year old to be able to see out the windows! On Saturday we took a taxi down to La Candelaria on Saturday morning and walked around part of it and walked Carrera 7 up to the International Center stop to catch the bus and to the part of the afternoon tour. We ended up being the only group on the tour that day. We really enjoyed all the stops and learning some history about Bogota. Some of the videos that history that the guide gave was not totally appropriate for our three year old, but luckily he was distracted by everything outside. The bus dropped us off at our hotel instead of taking us all the way back to the 93. On Monday morning we took a taxi up to the park and caught part of the tour that we missed on Saturday. This also included several great stops. We were lucky the other group with us was also a family with a young child, so they were very patient with our kid. If you have a family this trip might be a little pricey to get tickets for everyone, but it was a great way to get around the city and learn the neighborhoods, architecture, art, history and much more.
Honestly, not much more than what you would get from a free walk tour which would've been a much better deal for your money. Tejo was cool, though!
I didn't know what to expect since it was a short weekend trip in Bogotá. A quick search on TripAdvisor yielded Bogotá Pass and I used it's online booking site to booked a full day guided tour by a local with instant confirmation. On the day of the tour, my tour guide Santiago showed up quite a bit early and was very patient as I was checking out of the hotel. He took me around the major sights around the city and gave me a very in-depth commentary on all of the places we visited. His love of the city was evident as he could recount all the details of the history and back stories as a only native rolo can tell. Not only he is knowledgeable, he is very considerate and accommodating. I am a fruit lover and he took me to an amazing local market to try all kinds of fresh fruit. Out of all the cities I have visited around the world, Bogotá now ranks very high on my favorite place to visit, thanks to the best guide, Santiago. Thank you! Pascal

Excellent tour of the city seeing the main sights, along with local food-tasting, all led by excellent and friendly locals.

My friends and I truly had an amazing time hanging out with Dave while he showed us around the city. He made us feel like we were walking around with a friend as we learned about Bogota's history. I got to try empanadas for the first time and they were soooo good! As we walked through the square, there are locals all around selling their artwork and showcasing their talent. We stopped at a spot where an older man and woman were dancing the tango and Dave asked them if my cousin could salsa with the older man. They switched the music and allowed my cousin to salsa in the street. It was so much fun! Afterwards we were able to try a Colombian drink called Canelazo. It's made with sugar cane, liquor, cinnamon and other spices. It was delicious and warmed us up as it was chilly during our tour and even rained a bit. We were able wait out the rain by sitting in Contraste coffee shop and tasted their local coffee. It was delicious! After the rain stopped, we walked through the city and Dave showed us some street art before we made our way back home. We had so much fun in the square that we didn't have time to play the game Tejo but it didn't put a damper on the tour at all. This tour is a must do and you HAVE to request Dave as he was the best!! Thank you Dave for making our Bogota experience so memorable!

Poor customer service we could not attend for an emergency and did not want to return our money although we did not attend. I don't recommend anything.
Gostei bastante. You go up and down wherever you want, the guides are friendly and tell about the local history and culture in an appropriate way
I had little time between flights, but enough to rent a taxi, reach the center, walk quickly and above all dedicate an hour to the Gold Museum, a pearl not to be missed.
Prima gids. Too bad the bus only runs twice a day. We thought of the formula Malaga, a stop every 15 minutes to get off or on.
The tour gave a great idea of what the city of Bogotá is, which I found safe during my stay in the city. The guide Camilo was very friendly, giving all the information to get to know the city better, including giving tips on places to visit. Comfortable bus, various options of places to board and start the tour. Excellent! Tour made on 16/11/2024
It was a very good experience. The guide service was excellent. The guide Camilo is very friendly, helpful, polite and knows a lot about Bogotá. It was a wonderful trip
A fascinating experience, although I have visited Bogotá several times for the first time I have enjoyed and been marveled by this multifaceted city. Thank you for making my stay in Bogota a unique trip
I traveled to Bogotá for the concert of the broadcaster el Sol, which featured five great exponents of salsa including Willie Colón, the experience was opposite to what was expected. Organizers failed to meet the logistical needs of an event, incoordination and sound problems that delayed the concert by more than an hour. At such a level came the disorder that the saucer Willie Colón was upset with the audience present for the way they treated him.
For my type of work I can not have many days of vacation so we only had 3 days to know the City of Bogota, we decided to leave it in the hands of expert and contracted 3 days of Tour with Bogota Pass, the first day we went to the salt cathedral and Andres Carne de Res, the second day the City Tour and the third day a coffee tour. Everything was excellent from the punctuality to the charisma of the guides, we met Santiago who toured us through the city and took us to eat the most regional and also Carlos and Don Jorgito... the kindest people... it really seemed that we knew each other forever and therefore the tour was sensational. Really thank you for all the magnificent history and for the beautiful places you took us. You know we fell in love with Bogota and we want to return to get to know each other. My suggestion would be that people comment that on Easter days if they are serious about not working, since in some countries such as Mexico tourist spots are still working, I want to know Monserrate
