3-in-1 Panoramic City Tour With Walking Candelaria & Experiences

I had such a wonderful experience on this guided tour! Our guide, Nestor, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. He shared so much interesting information and made the entire experience enjoyable from beginning to end. You could really tell that he was passionate about what he does and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. I highly recommend this tour, and especially Nestor as a guide. He truly made the experience special, and I would definitely do it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time in Bogota, Colombia for my sister and I. I usually do a hop on hop off bus when i visit a new city. Its a great way to get an overview and some background on key spots. Note: this is NOT a hop on hop off bus.... its a tour bus with experiences. We enjoyed the day with Nestor our tour guide. Some of our highlights include the walking tour of La Candelaria, the chocolate tasting, Case de La Paz and the Tejo game :)

Rating: 1 Star I recently had a disappointing experience with Viato. I purchased a ticket through TripAdvisor and canceled it within five minutes, expecting a straightforward refund. Unfortunately, my refund request was rejected without clear justification. The information provided about the pickup point was also insufficient, as there was no validated map to guide me. When I reached out to their customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and I was left without a refund. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer support have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend using their services.

This was a good way to get some overview of the city. The 2 guide were knowledgeable, spoke both english and español, and the driver was competent. The rout is laid out well. This isn’t a classic hop on/off experience where you can explore on your own you have to stay with the group. It’s a nice tour though.

Nice 4 hr trip. Guide was very knowledgeable. 👍. Old city was remarkable with architecture probably hundreds of years old. This is a must see. Free Wi Fi on the bus.

Excellent Way to see the city with no trouble and at a very low cost, especially for first timers. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us plenty time to take pictures.

Our tour with Esteban and Juan Carlos was great. Smooth driving by the latter and Esteban was extremely well informed and able to provide some incredible details.

Our guide Esteban was excellent. He was so knowledgable about Bogota and enthusiastic to tell us what he knew. He made the stops really worthwhile as he came off the bus with us to show us things that we wouldn’t otherwise have seen. Really enjoyed it.

Gives you a very good initial experience of the city. We loved the stop for some Chicha and the process of the Esmeralds

Despite the difficult traffic in Bogotá, the tour is useful for learning about some interesting topics of the city's history, culture and tourist spots. We met again with the guide Néstor, his work was impeccable since he knows his city in depth, he wants tourists to know the city so they want to return. I recommend taking this tour in the morning because in the afternoons the traffic in Bogotá is chaotic and hellish.

The tour was good! We made a lot of foto’s of the beautiful vieuw of bogota. We got to a mirador where u see the whole city. This hop on en off go around monserrate and museums so it was very easy to get off and back up. Sebastian was very attend, would make you feel at home and is always pending to answer question or help you out. I would recommend this.

Really enjoyed this tour. I speak English and Spanish so the guide did the tour in Spanish, which was very clear and he was very knowledgeable. It's not like a typical hop on hop off tour. At some of the stops there was an additional walking tour through the neighbourhood, making it very good value for money. The only negative thing was that they only have one vehicle and do one morning and one afternoon tour, so if you hop off, you're going to be waiting about 4 hours for the next bus. I wasn't planning to do that so it didn't affect me but I could see that at some stops, there really wasn't enough to do for four hours. I was very impressed that the bus is able to take a wheelchair. Usually these tours exclude people with mobility issues, so this was excellent.

Not a true hop on/hop off as only 1 bus (!) but I preferred this as guide was super-knowledgeable and energetic, and took us on short walks through certain districts.

A fantastic way to orientate yourself to the city in half a day -Camilo was our guide and certainly knew his city and happy to take all our questions with a lot of energy and patience. Not a true hop on/off bus, but short walks at multiple stops was exactly what I was after.

Sebastien our guide was superb. He told us everything about the city and took us to some beautiful places. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city. The troo was great and I would highly recommend it

It was a very important time to get to know various neighborhoods and different aspects of Colombian society and culture. Matteo was an excellent guide with enough patience and knowledge for an effective presentation of Bogotá.

I was in town on a business issue and had a while left and was able to take this product. I found it excellent... it is a mixture between having a personalized and a group experience, I met peronas and had a great time, has 2 stops where one gets off with the guide, I learned cocoa and emeralds, plus I could go to the bathroom. There were people in English and the guide did very well, changing languages without problem. The bus is spectacular, small to get everywhere, we arrived fulfilling itinerary, has disabled ramp...wow. They are a product that I have not seen in the world, it seems to me that it can be very important for Bogotá to have these types of buses that even connect with the airport! Spectacular!

The places, explanations and attention of the guides (Néstor mainly) a success... I loved Bogota and will recommend them without thinking!

5h city tour. Complete but more transport is missing to do the hop on hop off if you want to stay at any stop. The Guide Sebastian very good and funny

The excursion very good! It passes through emblematic places and gives a very good overview of the city to locate the visitor well. I think it's a "must" tour to take in the city. The two guides who played me very good. Santiago gives a lot of information about the city and its history which is very interesting and Camilo gives pleasant musical context. The only points that I think I can improve are to operate on Sundays, perhaps an alternative route in the morning and increase the laps so that the visitor can get on and off as many times as they require; make it real hop-on hop-off. I highly recommend it.

A very entertaining and informative experience to have a first contact with the city of Bogotá. Sebastian, the Local Guide, did very well and much of the good experience we got is thanks to him.

The SEBASTIAN Guide was very good at teaching us what Bogota is. He was a Guide who gave us the very personalized tour, not like the others who leave like robots. He is very patient in answering all the questions.
