The Click Clack Hotel was a hidden gem I was glad we found. Yes- it’s beautiful and quirky and fun, but the most impactful thing was the service. From the minute we stepped out of the uber, we got greeted by hotel staff to help us with our luggage, personalize the check in, and even escorted us to our room. The restaurant for breakfast was PHENOMENAL on taste and even better on service. Carlos at the restaurant really made it feel like it was a personalized experience every morning even bringing us our coffee of choice before we had time to order it. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in town!
Our entire stay was incredible, the rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had. We ate dinner at the restaurant Sunday night due to many local restaurants closing early. Michael took care of us both nights and was so sweet, patient with our terrible español and a genuinely lovely person. All staff members we ran into were very helpful and kind. Thank you Click Clack team.
We had an amazing stay!! 🤩 The rooms are quite small, but super beautiful and cozy. The breakfast is also good, a mix of buffet and à la carte orders. What made our stay very special though was “Victor”, the receptionist. He was incredibdly helpful, professional and so friendly!! He, together with another colleague, even brought me a small birthday dessert from the restaurant and a hand written card. What a sweet surprise!! I highly recommend everyone to stay here 🥰
Very nice hotel with excellent rooms and fantastic breakfast. Not far from the touristic things and with an Uber you are everywhere within 20 minutes. Rooms are big, beds are perfect, shower is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Esteban at the breakfast service so well. Everything is fine overhere!

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is particularly good, with a wide choice and high-quality food. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a useful mini-fridge.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable during my stay, and I was surprised that complimentary bottled water was not replenished daily, which felt a little mean for a hotel of this standard.
The rooms are on the small side, and while the bed was comfortable, access is only possible from two sides. There is also no bath, only a shower, which may matter to some guests.
Overall, however, this is a very good hotel offering excellent value in a great location. Despite the minor shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return.
