The hotel is not a boutique hotel. Should be a 3 star if that. The gym is very small lacks of equipment. The service is great at the restaurant and housekeeping. I wouldnt recommend to stay here. If you want something closer to the heart of Bogota stay in Zona T. I had an emergency and had to shorten my stay and they still charge me for the extra night. Marriott usually is very accommodating but this location is unreasonable. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Charming room and lovely staff. Easy location a little removed from some of the Bogota craziness but accessible to most anywhere you want to go. Strongly recommended.
Be aware of mystery charges and the hotel’s currency conversion scam that put a damper on our parent’s stay. Basically, you can only book in USD, but a random and inflated exchange rate is used by the hotel to convert to local currency. Turned out to be an additional 8-9% added to the bill in a very sketchy way. We wouldn’t have had an issue with the price if the hotel hadn’t gone about this in a way that left our relative feeling scammed.
First time at this hotel. Room was really nice with the needed ammenities being really good. I loved the old brick look in the room. Thats important to me as i travel 20-25 times a year. Great mattress. Really nice shower, and in room coffee was great. Breakfast was really good. Didnt get lunch or dinners there due yo meetings so not sure how those are. Restautant and bar had very attentive and courteous people.
