Very disappointing experience! I arrived at the hotel around midnight with a reservation that had been confirmed for over 30 days. Upon arrival, I was informed that there had been an issue with my booking and that I would need to be relocated to another hotel. The alternative hotel they arranged was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, clearly below acceptable standards, and the breakfast was dreadful. To make matters worse, I was charged the same rate as the original hotel. At the very least, they should have relocated me to a hotel of equal or superior quality — not an inferior one. This shows a complete lack of respect for guests and their time. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and modern with a great location, many restaurants around and a mall on the other side of the road. The rooms are big and clean, perhaps with some small updates needed in some small details. The people works here are kind and efficient. The breakfast is simply amazing. Wide range of options, from international to local food. In general, a great place to stay for business trips, or either to visit the city

The Sonesta Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at from top to bottom. From the moment we arrived the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would like to directly acknowledge the service of Edwin who in my opinion went above and beyond in his service to the patrons of the hotel. We stayed in multiple rooms during our stay and every single one was comfortable and clean. Every single day housekeeping brought new sheets and towels and anytime we needed water, especially for our baby, they brought it to the room promptly. Finally the location, this hotel is perfectly located about a 5 minute walk to a 24 hour supermarket, a 24 hour pharmacy, and plenty of other shops. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bogota!!
