Amazing hotel, location is superb, service of the staff is awesome. Bit noisy with some construction, only less good point is that the water pressure in the shower is very low, but that is the only negative point I can mention.
It was a great place, people are friendly and ready to help. There was a situation where there was no water due to a pipe issue, I've stayed there before and I was surprised. At the beginning of the situation I was a bit upset, but they said it would be fixed by midnight and it was. One cannot ask more than that. I must say that I was very pleased with the assistance especially from Kelly and Namdi. Also the restaurant at 11th floor was great, awesome breakfast. I didn't get the name of the server, but he was great.. truthfully everyone in that hotel is truly great!. I will definitely be back!
We have stayed at Salvio Hotel Bogotá many times, and every visit feels like coming home. The location is excellent, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the service is consistently outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, and they always make us feel welcome. Salvio continues to be our favorite place to stay in Bogotá, and we look forward to returning again.
Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. While the wedding itself took place elsewhere, this hotel was home to many of our family and friends throughout the wedding weekend, and it played such an important role in making the celebration unforgettable. From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable housekeeping, outstanding guest experience, restaurant where we all met for breakfast, and the incredibly attentive bell staff, every detail exceeded our expectations. Every team member went above and beyond with genuine kindness, professionalism, and hospitality.
Disappointing stay due to noise and lack of basic amenities I had a very hard time sleeping here because of constant noise coming from the rooftop bar. The music (especially the heavy bass) was clearly audible on the 8th floor and continued until around 2 AM. For a hotel where guests expect rest and relaxation, this was extremely disruptive. If you’re visiting the area to enjoy nature or want a quiet, peaceful stay, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel — getting proper sleep is difficult. Breakfast was also disappointing for anyone with dietary restrictions, as there were no vegan options available. Additionally, for a 5-star hotel, the room amenities felt lacking: only two towels per person were provided, with no face towels and no slippers. It’s not a good choice for those looking for comfort and quiet.
