Very pleased with our stay! It was the first time in Bogota. The location is excellent and Alejandro at the restaurant was a amazing, very cordial and attentive. To get around Bogota from the hotel was very convenient! We will definitely be back!!!
The location is perfect. This was my second time staying at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooftop was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and had all needed amenities. I will be definitely staying here next time I travel to Bogotá.
I had lunch at Novotel Parque 93 and wanted to recognize Paula for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and professional, making my dining experience especially enjoyable. Her warm attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Paula, for the outstanding hospitality!
Very nice Hotel, the locations is very safe and central with many restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service and staff really make a difference. Everyone is really friendly and super attentative. Alejandro, Juan and the entire team is doing a great job. I’ll happily come back!
My first stay was from 14 to 17 April 2026. I arrived at hotel shortly before 1pm. Was told bluntly room would not be available till 3pm. Checked in ok, but come back at 3. Luggage left with the very nice and helpful concierge. On 17 April 2026, I received a phone call at 11.55am from the reception to tell me to check out. As I am a long time Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Platinum member, I was very surprised as neither early check in nor late checkout was afforded to me. I was nevertheless invited to attend canape/cocktail session for ALL members on Thursday (April 16). Great foods and drinks. DJ great too. Staff there were friendly, kind and nice. Perhaps the reception staff at Novotel Bogotá should be better trained. Also, Novotel Bogotá should learn from Novotel Medellin where I stayed from 17 to 21 April 2026. Their reception staff are top top.
