The stay was good overall but I did have some issues: - room cleaning seems to be done around 1 or 2 pm, I told them that I usually got back at the room at the time and that they would probably do it in the morning. This was only done after 2 days. Also, when adding coffee capsules, they managed to add 2 used ones at some point. - loud noise at around 10:30 pm, something like a washing machine. - asked the reception and the room cleaning team for slipper a couple of times and never got them. - furniture in the room is a bit used.

I ended up staying here by accident because my other reservation forgot I was coming and did not answer my calls at 11PM at night. They welcomed me in and were soooooo accommodating. Most of the staff speak English, but were also gracious enough to let me speak to them in my somewhat passable Spanish, which I appreciated because I need to get better in my second language and you have to practice. The sheets were soooooo soft, I slept very well (my bed was firm). I ordered room service, which was excellent. They have a great gym, sauna and spa. There’s also so many restaurants near by, and I felt super safe walking around at night (use your own judgement of course). Would return!

Avoid this hotel. I encountered many issues during a very short 3 night stay here. 1. Found long hair in the water cups that supposedly were clean. 2. On the 3rd floor, there was construction going on. There was non stop noise. Hammering on the walls from 7:45AM onwards. 3. They charged us for things we did not use from the mini bar in the room. 4. They claim to be a 5 Star but I would say expect 2 Star level service here. 5. The staff is polite but uninterested. You complain about something and nothing will be done about it.

I’ve been staying here consistently for about six months now, and honestly, after the very first day, I knew this was going to become my new hotel whenever I’m in the area. The breakfast is phenomenal, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience has been consistently excellent. I especially want to recognize everyone at the front desk, in the restaurant and kitchen, housekeeping, the doormen, and Erick the bartender. The level of hospitality and attention genuinely makes a difference. This has become my go-to place for business travel, but also for family gatherings and meetups. I’ve created many great memories here already, and it has truly started to feel like a second home. Looking forward to many more stays.
