So far my stay has been great! The beds are comfy and the women that do my room are doing a wonderful job. Breakfast service is wonderful and el mesero Jose Ramon is always smiling and ready to make sure you have a delicious breakfast . The spa girls are friendly and sweet and the whole spa and pool have kept me fit during my stay.
Not flexible to help me on my plane reschedule earlier, and needing change hotel date. Aircon in room too cold not changeable or heater doesnt work. Hotel is nice and clean, bathroom works well, water very hot. In a nice area next to shops and restaurants and offices. Food is good in breakfast. Wifi fast good connection.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. The charming Usaquén district can be reached on foot, allowing guests to easily explore one of Bogotá’s most attractive neighborhoods, known for its colonial atmosphere, restaurants, and local culture. This makes the hotel a great base for discovering the city. As for the hotel itself, the facilities are well maintained, and the overall quality of the stay was very good. One minor observation is that some areas of the interior and the guest rooms felt a little dimly lit. However, this did not significantly affect the overall experience and may even contribute to a more relaxed atmosphere for some guests. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel in Bogotá. With its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to both the business district and the charming Usaquén area, it offers a very pleasant stay and good value for visitors to the city.
I normally love NH hotels because of the good beds and breakfasts but this 5 star hotel charged me 66 usd to check in 2 hours early and I could not use my discovery points. Ok, fine, but we got to the room and the old, stained carpet smelled bad , so I opened the window. An hour later our room smelled like car exhaust from being next to a 6 lane road that was filled. The lunch buffet and breakfast were both very good and we enjoyed the pool and sauna however the manager overseeing these areas was unwelcoming to our family. The exercise room was amazing.
