Needs improvement- the rooms are not cleaned properly. Good look buying a bottle of water for over 10 dollars. Breakfast is not vegan friendly, they charge you extra if you ask for alternatives to cow’s milk even if breakfast is included in the price you paid. Ridiculous in my opinion. It’s like I’m punished for being allergic to animal products. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and this is the most disappointing by far for the money I paid.
Edwin and his team at the hotel gave me excellent service when I stayed here for a month for vacation. They were able to provide me transportation to places I needed to go and gave me great Intel on places to shop, visit and eat. The hotel is great for long stays because it is attached directly to a mall that has groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, movies, stores, and a smartfit gym. Edwin was working his tail off to get the guests everything they need. The restaurant staff also was Perfect! This is a great location to stay in prime Usaquen area. Thank you

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location, delicious breakfast, and overall a top-notch experience. I traveled solo to spend time with my grandma, and this hotel was perfect for that kind of peaceful trip. The area is quiet, safe for short walks, and close to great restaurants, the main plaza church, cafés, and local artisan shops where you can also buy beautiful artesanías. It truly gives you that authentic small Colombian town/village atmosphere while still being close to everything in Bogotá. We enjoyed nearby places like Mr. Ribs, Crepes & Waffles, 7-16 Steak House, and La Mar, and I’m sure there are many more great spots around. It was also ideal for attending mass with my grandma and simply enjoying calm evenings away from the heavy traffic and noise of Bogotá. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The only reason I give the rooms a 3.5/5 is because although they are very clean and in great condition, a little remodeling would make them feel truly 5-star. Overall, a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Bogotá experience.
This hotel has an excellent location if you want a restful and peaceful stay. It's in front of a lovely park, with view of the beautiful mountains. Within walking distance there are a lot of good restaurants, a flee market, pharmacies, banks and other shops. The staff is very attentive, professional and friendly. It is our home away from home when in Bogota.
