Nh Bogota Pavillon Royal

I enjoyed a lot my stay here, especially with the staff serving the restaurant, Daniel, Carlos, and Ivan. They were all super friendly, extremely hospitable, and always took care to make sure that service and quality are top-notch. The hotel in general is in a great location. It is an extremely good hotel. However during my stay there have been a few maintenance works happening, which should be done by the time I'm writing this review to upgrade the look and feel and premiumness of the hotel. Overall I think it is a great place to stay if you're in Bogota and great staff to interact with!

My experience with NH Pavillon Royal Hotel was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, they came very close to ruining one of the most important days of our lives—our wedding. A month and a half before the event, I authorized and confirmed the reservation of a shuttle bus with Paula Andrea Alonso Calderón. The bus was supposed to transport all of our guests staying at the hotel under our wedding room block. However, on the day of our wedding, we discovered that the hotel had never made the reservation. As a result, all of our guests had to arrange their own transportation out of the city, causing significant delays that pushed back the start of our wedding. On top of that, our guests were forced to spend more than COP 300,000 out of their own pockets just to get to the venue. To make matters worse, in order to ensure our guests had transportation back to the hotel after the wedding, we had no choice but to pay for a replacement shuttle at the last minute, which ended up costing significantly more than the original round-trip quote. After returning from our honeymoon, we went back to Bogotá to request reimbursement for the additional amount we had to pay due to Paula Andrea Alonso Calderón’s mistake. That same day, Andrés Fernández assured us that the refund would be processed the following day after we agreed to pay for four additional nights at the hotel. During those four days, however, our calls and messages went unanswered. It wasn’t until the very last day that he finally informed us there was “nothing they could do” about a mistake that was entirely the hotel’s responsibility. What is even more disappointing is that no one from the hotel has reached out to us to process the reimbursement, provide an explanation, or simply apologize for such a serious error. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and customer service has been incredibly disrespectful. We expected a level of service that matched the hotel’s reputation, especially for such an important life event. Instead, we experienced poor organization, broken promises, and a complete failure to take responsibility for a mistake that caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and disrupted our wedding day. I cannot recommend NH Pavillon Royal Hotel for weddings or any event where logistics, communication, and reliability are essential.

Beautiful hotel, everyone was friendly. They opened the door for you coming and going. Really nice breakfast great coffee. Will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent experience at the NH Pavilion Royal 93, right next to Parque de la 93. The location is unbeatable, safe, central, and surrounded by great restaurants and plenty of options for walking or relaxing. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help, making you feel welcome at all times. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. Without a doubt, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
