Great staff, lovely rooms, fabulous dinner. Uber drivers got confused driving there since it's at the end of a dead end Road. And while the staff was efficient and polite, I wouldn't quite call them warm and charming. But the owners were great. I might go back.

Amazing place to stay if you want to truly experience Colombian style. The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and gave me lots of great advice during my stay. The breakfast is absolutely five-star, and the hotel restaurant is outstanding—honestly, it feels like Michelin-level food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the authentic Colombian lifestyle.
I recently had an excellent experience at a charming hotel in Bogota. The breakfast was delicious and set a positive tone for our day. The unique art throughout the property added a delightful touch, making our stay feel special. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived very late in the evening, but the owner was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our check-in went smoothly despite the late hour. One evening, we also dined at the hotel's restaurant, which turned out to be an incredible experience. The food was absolutely amazing! What truly stood out was the owner, who took the time to chat with my wife and I. He offered fantastic food recommendations and shared his favorite spots in Bogota for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape the chaos of the city. It’s a perfect retreat that combines comfort with a personal touch!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first night in Bogotá. The place itself is beautiful, with a great vibe and excellent food — exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel very welcome, especially with Frederico. Maybe it was my poor Spanish or simply being American, but I often felt more like an annoyance than a guest. I also asked for a space heater for my girlfriend but never received one. And while the room had charm, the bathroom needs attention: the shower left everything wet, and both the toilet and sink sprayed water (this was in room #4). This hotel has so much going for it — a gorgeous setting and an outstanding restaurant — but making every guest feel genuinely welcomed is just as important.
Wow! What a hidden gem in Bogota—highly recommend this hotel for its peaceful environment and eclectic artwork. The owners and staff are all friendly and welcoming. Our room was cozy and quiet with a tranquil view of a small closed courtyard. The dinner on our second night is one of the best meals we have ever eaten during all of our travels. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing stay!
