I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, they made me feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The location was excellent, with easy access to bars and Andino Mall. I never felt unsafe walking around the area, whether during the day or at night. I’m giving it 4 stars because the rooms, particularly the bathroom and the ceiling, could use some renovation. Overall, however, this is a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location and good service but the standard of the rooms is not 5 stars, more like 3, nor the breakfast is consistent with 5 stars. The television in the room 404 lounge area did not work during the stay despite being reported. It's a pity because the service is good but it is a long way from 5 star quality.
The location is very safe. Everything is up to par. The difference are the people. I will always come back because on all levels of workers are genuinely kind. When service comes from the heart, you just feel it. So yeah, If you are in Bogota, NH Andino is the place to be.
I stayed here for 9 nights in Jan 2026. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. I requested a room away from the street, and there was no nighttime noise. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Even when I said I didn't need my room serviced, they usually popped in anyway to check things were okay, and replaced teabags and the occasional towel; linen was always changed when requested. Breakfast was excellent & varied, and eggs could be cooked to order (which I only found out on day 5!). Location's perfect for Zona T, which has lots of restaurants and bars a block or two away. It's less well located for sightseeing, as it's a half-hour's taxi ride from Candelaria and the main museums, but if you're going anywhere away from the centre (e.g. botanical gardens) or doing daytrips out hiking in the Andes, it doesn't matter much where you're located. I'd definitely stay here again.
We stayed here expecting a five-star experience consistent with the brand, but unfortunately that was not what we received. We arrived at 2:30pm and were told we could not check in until 3:00pm because the room was not ready yet, which we understood. However, when we were finally allowed into the room, it was clearly not prepared. The room was visibly dirty — dust on shelves and the TV, counters not wiped, and floors dirty enough that our feet became dirty walking around. The dust was heavy enough that you could literally draw in it. The water issue did not present itself until the following morning, when I could feel water dripping while using the bathroom. On closer inspection, there was a dark pool of water in the shower, and it became clear that water was dripping through the ceiling light fixture above the shower. The fixture itself had visible rust and water staining, which made it appear that this was not the first time this had happened. We documented this and requested a room change, which the hotel accommodated, and the replacement room was fine. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled afterward. At breakfast, a manager offered us a small plate with cheese, bocadillo, and a biscuit — items already included in the breakfast we had paid for — as an apology. Given that the issue involved both cleanliness and a safety concern, this response felt misaligned and frankly more uncomfortable than helpful. I would have preferred no gesture at all to one that minimized the seriousness of the situation. We were not seeking compensation — only a clean, functional room and professional service — but those basic expectations were not met on arrival.
