Excellent service at the front desk (Bleider in particular). Rooms were good, but quite small with thin walls (so some noise disturbance from neighbours). Good, safe location.

Customer service was outstanding.my mother wasn’t feeling well and Eudys from housekeeping brought an unsolicited (but extremely welcome)complementary herbal tea. Bleider at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was also attentive and friendly. Highly recommend. Location is close to most things you’d need.

Look for Christian in the counter, he is the best! And Libardo will help you with anything you need. In fact the whole team is servicial and attentive.
