This hotel is a gem. Staff are very friendly and helpful with special requests. Alejandro and Johnathan were really great hosts. Perfumed elevator, that works smoothly. Food assortiment of the breakfast buffet is wide ranged. My wife loved the soup very much. You should try it. Scrambled eggs, mini arepas, white and brown bread, different fresh cut fruits, different blends of fruit juices, coffee, chocolate, thee, cereal and liquid fruit yogurt, something for every taste. Located in a very nice business erea. All the buildings looks like new. There is even a supermarket and DR restaurant in less than 5 minutes walk. Definitely we will come back if we ever visit to Bogotá again.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by many apartments. Hotel does not have any ramp so if do take note on this. Room is average and quiet old. Breakfast spread was also normal but good enough. Hotel can use a makeover/update to keep it comfortable and attractive.
I rented this hotel because it had a 4-star rating on Booking.com. Oh boy, I have to tell you, this is not a 4-star hotel. It is likely a 2.5 by international standards. 1. Rooms: The furnishings are somewhat adequate, but the room does not feel homey at all. The beds are extremely hard. I mean, if you like sleeping on a piece of wood with a thin blanket over it, then you will appreciate the mattress quality here. The lighting in the room is poor, and after sunset the room looks like a dungeon with a wooden bed. Our suite had two rooms and two windows in each. In my bedroom, the windows were super dirty, I mean gray-level dirty. I understand it is a city with traffic, construction dust, etc., but dirty is dirty, and for a hotel it is unacceptable. 2. Bathroom: One toilet constantly had issues with flushing, which is beyond unpleasant to deal with. My shower had a drainage problem. When you step into a short shower but walk out of a pool of water, it is clearly an issue that hotel maintenance needs to address. Neither bathroom had a blow dryer, I mean seriously. Even cheap roadside motels have blow dryers, but this suite did not. I had to go to reception and ask for one. Even though I called the first evening and asked for one to be brought in, the request was ignored. 3. Restaurant: The breakfast was poor. I read reviews before selecting this hotel, and people said “great breakfast.” All I can say is—are you kidding me? Very poor. One evening we went to the restaurant for dinner, and the food was okay, but nothing impressive. My pasta was microwaved. You can always tell when a dish has been microwaved—the temperature burning hot when it cannot be that hot. Portions were big, but quality should come over volume, not vice versa. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars.
During our stay, the elevator was not working, and we were staying on the 6th floor. Although the staff helped us with our luggage upon arrival, it was quite inconvenient to use the stairs multiple times a day during our stay, especially when carrying large suitcases at check-out. Otherwise, the location was good and the breakfast was decent.
Overall good. But an incident made me lower rating for service. Didn't had coffee in my room, so I asked to front desk and he directed to the breakfast area saying that person there will help. I understand that breakfast is not open yet and just needed coffee pouch for my room. The lady in the breakfast area was rude and upset. I didn't understand why! I just walked out to save my morning
