If I could give a one star, I would. Took over 40 minutes to check in. People left their luggage to reserve their place in line and then went to do whatever. The rooms were smelly of mold. Won't ever stay here again. People here are also way too rude. I'm from NY and I think ppl there are friendlier. Avoid this place. Avoid this city lol. My family and I love Medellin. Even my 13 yr old commented how friendly they are there
Me and my family stayed here and we had to wait like an hour to be checked in because there is was a line and only one front desk working. She looked overwhelmed. She was pretty nice but I can tell this hotel doesn't take care of his employees.
The best value here is how close it is to the airport, and the airport shuttle. The rooms are just ok for the price you pay and the service is relatively good. In my opinion, avoid the restaurant out of the breakfast time. I have had 2 bad experiences with them taking +1 hour preparing the food.
This hotel is awesome. It had a room with three, super-comfortable, beds in one room. It's close to the airport and has free shuttle. They also offer a free continental breakfast with a great variety of food. The WiFi worked very well. The staff is very eager to help and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.
Clean hotel, very convenient to airport with complimentary shuttle service. Note: please repair or replace the shampoo dispenser in room 214. Thought was out and someone came and added but when actually trying to get shampoo out unit didn't perform properly. Pump 6 times and only get a drop. Ended up opening top to get shampoo. Did say anything at desk because no spanish. I'm sure next quests with appreciate it. Tnx
