Hotel Estelar La Fontana

Great hotel, excellent service and great variety of room options. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with kitchen and separate living room for 2 months and a 2 bedroom for a month. Great neighborhood and safe complex with great security. Playground for the kids and plenty of room to walk throughout. Across the street from Unicentro was a bonus.

Lovely hotel nice and central for my needs Great breakfast and coffee shop very help staff Had a wash and blow dry was very nice and handy as was going to a wedding Also had a lovely bubble bath on the top floor

An excellent stay at ESTELAR La Fontana Hotel. Comfortable rooms, beautiful facilities, and very attentive service. The atmosphere is charming and relaxing. Highly recommended when visiting Bogotá.

Junior Suite / longer stay. Would not consider staying again. If you need to stay here book through a third party - as the hotel has very suspect billing practices. -They charge VAT when it is not owed. The booking portal misleadingly states that you will pay in person (and pay your VAT at the front desk IF it is owed). This is not the case. The hotel will charge immediately and the VAT is auto-applied. They essentially hope that you will not notice and or know that you do not owe VAT if international, and will bill you without your knowledge or consent -Room is to the cleanliness standard of a roadside motel; used condom in sofa; stains all over; strange smell from bathroom and the kitchen -Faulty plumbing made using the bathroom virtually impossible -Rooms not as described (no desk) -Very poor internet / Wifi -Bed comically low; had no box spring or elevation so you had to squat super low to get on the bed; which was just a mattress; frame to small for anyone over 6 feet tall. -Bellhops were very nice but all admins were quite rude
