Nice place to stay at. Very courteous hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The service is excellent, rooms are large enough for a long stay, but they need some update since some rooms have issues that need to be fixed.
I booked a suite, which was still very cheap compared to prices in other countries. Beautiful, extremely well designed, among the best I ever had.
I stayed here in April of 2025. The Hotel Cabrera Imperial is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. The staff are very friendly and professional. The complementary breakfast is fantastic. Concierges will come to each table to ask patrons if they would like omelets. The in-house meals served for lunch and dinner are also spectacular. I would specifically like to mention three staff members: Cristóbal, Jimmy, and Diego. These three gentlemen conduct themselves with grace and much poise, they take good care of the patrons. The hotel is located in a nice area. A part of the T Zone (Zona T), it is very quiet and the surrounding area is quite walkable. Right across is a KitchenAid store that has a giant stand mixer model in front. The hotel is adjacent to a small park. I should clarify that I am fluent in Spanish, and I exclusively spoke in Spanish with the staff members there. That said, the ability to speak in Spanish is not required as all of the staff members I spoke with also spoke English.
Great location, within a walking distance to stores and malls. The rooms are big, clean and you have all the amenities. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant. The food was so so so incredible. We had a burrata which was a hit, then we had shrimp pasta and azteca soup, both which were amazing. I’d come back to eat even if I wasn’t staying here. Great food and I cannot emphasize this enough.
