DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Theft would be the reason not to stay . Our room and strong box was burglarized, obviously by employees , when we checked out last weekend, the police were their on most likely a similiar situation. Their breakfast is awful . Their coffee is the worst in Colombia, 🇨🇴 on purpose so their guests go and buy from their coffee cart directly in front of you stay here put a camera in your safe like we did !

Good location. Decent price. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Simple and basic but efficient rooms. Good WiFi. My only 'issue' was mediocre sound insulation meaning you could hear neighboors and cleaning crew a bit too much. However it's mostly a business hotel so it was rather quiet. I'll use it again
The Hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for exploring Bogotá. A special thank you to Octavio, whose kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service truly made a difference during my stay. He was always willing to help with a great attitude and genuinely made my stay easier. He is definitely a great asset to the hotel. I would also like to recognize Andrea. Team members like Octavio and Andrea make a foreign guest’s stay much easier and more enjoyable. THANKS!
After checking out, we immediately contacted the hotel about a pair of glasses left on the bedside table in our room. Despite repeated WhatsApp messages and emails over several days, staff kept redirecting us between contacts and never gave a clear answer about whether the room, housekeeping, or lost-and-found had actually been checked. Losing an item is understandable; refusing to handle a simple lost-and-found request competently is not. The post-stay service was disorganized, evasive, embarrassing, and honestly among the worst I’ve experienced from a hotel. Awful, awful service despite a reasonably good hotel stay.
The hotel offers great value for money, with an excellent location and a good breakfast. You can even make your own waffles, and the potato soup was especially impressive. However, the service—particularly at the front desk—needs significant improvement. There were unnecessary delays during check-in, and staff responses to questions were slow and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating. Additionally, my room key expired at 11:00 a.m. even though I was still within my valid stay period. When I went to have it reactivated, the staff asked many unnecessary questions and misunderstood the situation, thinking I wanted to check out. This caused delays when I needed to return to my room to pack and leave for the airport. More concerning, hotel staff entered my room before my official check-out time without proper notice. This was unacceptable. I still had my luggage in the room, so it made no sense to assume I was checking out. Also, on rainy days in Bogotá, the room can get quite cold. You can ask the hotel to provide a heater if needed. Overall, while the facilities and breakfast are good, the service experience—especially communication and respect for guests’ privacy—needs serious improvement.
