This is a good hotel located in area that is not far from a lot of things. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good and on time. The bar has a decent selection of drinks to choose from. The rooms are decently sized.

Terrible service. Spanish speakers are always a priority. When we checked in, no one told us about the problem with the water - there is no hot water. They promised to solve the problem. There was no hot or cold water in the room this morning. I asked for scrambled eggs for breakfast, and they told me to cook after 9 minutes, then I saw that they were making it for a girl who came up later than me in the queue. I was indignant, to which they replied that they would do it in 12 minutes. I don't understand what the service is based on here if such a boorish attitude towards the guests.

Staffs are so nice and friendly and room is bigger than I expected. Bed is so comfortable too. Locarionis convwniwnt to go anywhere . There are many nice restuarants nearby too.

Honestly the rooms were terrible, they had holes, scratches and badly done repair jobs. The bathroom extractor sounded like a truck engine, the window was broken which lead to a lot of noise coming from the main st. But the worst of all was the constant construction work for a whole week that started drilling at 8am. I had to change rooms due to the construction but it just followed us 2 days later. But in the new room we had the same issues plus the safebox did not work and they did not fix it after asking. The service was ok and the breakfast was very nice though. Sad to say I was very dissapointed in my experience and do not know how this hotel got past 3 stars.
