Hilton Bogota Corferias

My friends got a spa day for the 4 of us and we had an amazing time. In the morning we enjoyed the pool, sauna and turco room and in the afternoon we had an amazing buffet and they also had live music!. Food was delicious and the service was on point. Loved it!

Outstanding hospitality at Hilton Bogotá Corferias I have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, and what makes a hotel truly memorable is rarely just the building or the room. It is the people. My stay at Hilton Bogotá Corferias has been made exceptional by two people in particular: the General Manager, Pierre Kranzle, and Juan on the service desk. Both of them made it their personal business to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable and comfortable as it could possibly be. That kind of genuine, personal hospitality is increasingly rare. Pierre was extraordinarily kind and generous, including arranging an upgrade for me to a wonderful room with a bath — from which, appropriately enough, I am writing this review now! I was genuinely touched by his kindness and by the personal welcome note waiting for me. Juan was equally attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The Executive Lounge is spacious, comfortable and a very pleasant place to spend time. As with the other Hilton hotels I have visited in Colombia, it is a shame that guests cannot access the alcoholic drinks directly themselves, but that is a minor criticism. The lady working in the lounge was working extraordinarily hard and deserves particular recognition. Breakfast is excellent, with a very good selection. The breakfast team can seem a little disorganised compared with some other Hiltons I have stayed in, particularly around where guests arrive and how they are received, so the experience can feel slightly confused at first. But it does function, and the quality of the breakfast itself is excellent. The downstairs bar is superb, especially during the World Cup. There is a great atmosphere and it is a genuinely excellent environment in which to watch the football. Above all, though, I will remember the people. A good hotel gives you a comfortable room. A great hotel makes you feel genuinely welcome and valued. Pierre and Juan did exactly that for me. My sincere thanks to them both for making this such a memorable stay — and particularly to Pierre for his extraordinary kindness and generosity. I could not have felt more welcome. An outstanding Hilton experience and an easy five stars.

Stayed for a week for BAUM Festival. Great rooms, very comfy beds, fast elevators, great views from my room that had floor to ceiling windows and amazing views from the 16th fl. Free wifi was fast, Breakfast on the 4th fl was great and service from every team member there was faultless. Tip - for currency exchange 'Cambios Kapital' is a 2 min walk located on Carrera 40 and does the best rates literally anywhere in Bogota. Ubers are good but drivers are not the safest. Quite a few hair raising rides!

The presidential suite was absolutely amazing. I loved staying in this room. I was very excited to stay here as all the reviews mentioned how lovely the staff was at the hotel. However, I did not feel this. No one was welcoming except the concierge when I arrived. No one offered to help with bags and besides the concierge no one on the staff smiled at me again. No smiles from the front desk staff or in the executive lounge. This is my first time in Colombia and it made me think the people were not friendly and possibly anti-black. It wasn’t until I went to another hotel that I had an entirely different experience. It’s disappointing as a gold member that the staff wasn’t friendly. Don’t think I would return to this location. The room and the spa area were the best part.
