Horrible and disrespectful attention from Brenda and other lady in the counter. I was asked to pay an amounf for IVA, when it does not apply to me anymore. No receipt, then the receipt fors not much with cash I paid. The answer was, is your fault and you should be informed before to come. This lady personalized the claim and my disappointed experience been sarcastic and making fun of me. The black out dropped on my head and it took three data to be fixed. Not coming back, that is for sure.

Can’t recommend the place. The place was satisfactory , there was plenty of space and that’s about where it ends. The toilets were low flow, low pressure, and my first deuce clogged it up and got water everywhere. The cleaning lady stole my Sony ear buds, so keep your small expensive items in the safe. I didn’t know enough Spanish to make the complaints happen and I wasn’t sure which cleaning lady stole them. They were on the table and then they weren’t the next day. The next day I was packing to leave for my flight so I didn’t have enough time to make a stink either. Oh well. Do Not stay here, but if you must, make heavy use of the safe or keep you small expensive items with you at all times.
Nice and modern hotel! Pleasant staff and right across the street to a mall with restaurants and a supermarket. Free parking on premises is a plus! We had requested a room for 3 and the main bed was good but the second bed was a hard sofa bed, which wasn’t super comfortable but passable. Showers were nice and sweet amenities overall.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hemma. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff were attentive and made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Do not waste your time or money here. I stayed for 3 weeks only because I was too busy with work to move. This hotel is a complete mess. The worst part: one night while I was in bed, a group of strangers burst into my room because the receptionist had double-booked it. As a solo female traveler, this was terrifying and completely unacceptable. The 'luxury' photos are a lie. The rooms are old and worn out. Housekeeping is a joke—they actually hang 'Do Not Disturb' signs themselves just to avoid cleaning. Expect grey, stained towels and sheets. Breakfast is disgusting; if you arrive after 9 AM, you’ll be eating leftovers at a sticky, dirty table. They advertise a business meeting room and a gym—neither exists. They told me they just 'haven't updated the photos.' Pros: Friendly staff and good Wi-Fi. That’s it. Verdict: Stay somewhere else. This place is shady and overpriced.
