Orion made the whole diferente with his service and attention to detail. Thanks!! No A/C which makes you feel trapped and when it’s cold, no way to heat you up. The shower 10/10 👏🏻

The man at the front desk was extremely passive-aggressive and showed a complete lack of emotional intelligence. He refused to help with a simple request, and another receptionist had to step in to assist me. The bathroom was not clean, and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Aside from the front desk employee, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, but poor customer service at the front desk and uncomfortable accommodations.

Had a fantastic stay here. Rooms are clean and comfy. The hotel restaurant / bar was a great place to watch the Colombia World Cup match and had nice food. The breakfast was good and it’s close by lots of great restaurants and bars.
